“Pésima atención al cliente”
We checked in on August 2 and we were told to leave a deposit. We especifically said that we would check out on August 4 around 5am just to know if there would be anyone to give us our deposit back. The receptionist told us that their reception is 24h. Well, there was no one to attend us at our check out time. They have a ring button to call staff, which we pressed several times but no one came. We contacted them via Booking to let them know that we left the keys at their reception desk and if there was a way to get our deposit back and their answer was that we could come back to the hotel during the day (we were not in Indonesia at that point). Useless.

Decent room and nice pool with loungers. There are also a few tables and chairs outside in other areas which is nice to have an area to chill. The staff were friendly and compared to other properties in the area it was very good value for money.

“Disgusting”
Expensive over priced, bugs crawling in a private room, stains on the bed, mold on shower curtain. I could barely sleep. Never going there again. So yourself a favour, and don't go

“Very solid budget place”
For the price you really can't go wrong. The room was clean with a decently comfy bed and no bad smells (couple of light stains on bed linen but nothing disgusting) and had AC. You get bedside lights too which is a rarity in Bali at this price. Rooms are painted in a dark yellow but have big windows so still pretty light inside. Water pressure and temperature is good even on 3rd floor. There's nice outdoors areas to chill, a pool, very friendly and helpful staff. There's even a tiny shared kitchen with a pan and hob if you need.

It depends on what you're looking for... the room smells of mold, there is mold on the walls and the sheets do not smell good and the truth is they are not clean. I have put my scarf on top of the mattress. The air-conditioning is no good. I won't be back again.
