The service is zero. They were not answering the telephone I had to go all the way to the reception when I needed something and wait too long until they brought me towels and water. And we waited too long until we got the room. We arrived at 3pm we got the room at 5pm

there was in issue at check in that caused a delay, the staff handled it promptly i was upgraded to a private villa which was amazing

Well maintained and very clean. The view of the ocean was amazing. Access to Impossible Beach to watch the sun set into the ocean is certainly a super plus. The food at Artichoke restaurant was exceptional!

The room was amazing, great linen and HUGE bed. The best food I've ever had at a resort. Buffet breakfast was out of this world and the indonesian food was authentic, but 5 star. Staff were fabulous and the pool area clean and relaxing.

Property is located at a good spot but beach is far away and the way has monkeys on the way so we couldn’t use it . I wouldn’t recommend this for family Kids club is bare minimal It’s not atall made for Asian families Attitude of staff was not friendly Whole resort has warning of moneys and they have provided sticks to save yourself from monkey but with kids .. with me I won’t be at room all the time I didn’t like attitude of person at check in We reached at 2:43pm and they said u r early wait for 22 minutes for ur room .. being with kids and just 22 mins to 3 pm also didn’t matter though we came there as we got msg that room will be ready at 2pm But when they saw us they just denied We went for lunch and our room was still not assigned .. luggage had to go inside room but it was still at entrance not even inside lobby We wanted to check out as monkeys are real nuisance but we had alrdy paid and they didn’t care that kids r not moving around the properly in day as they r scared We had to go out looking for places to entertain kids Booking portal was so ready to cancel the room but hotel denied .. staff had attitude in talking to us Indians pay as much as someone else so they could have been lil caring or understanding for checkins or room cleaning which happened next day at 5 pm It was such a bad time in our whole trip
