The staff was nice and the food was tasty with multiple options to choose from. The pool was also nice.

“The Bali Dream Hotel”

We have been travelling around Asia for almost 4 months, tried many hotels and resorts but nowhere we felt so comfortable and welcomed like in Puri Pandawa Resort. The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, the rooms are big and very clean.. but the best part of it is the staff.. everyone is incredibly friendly and kind, from the receptionist to the gardeners. Thank you guys, you made our stay incredible!! We just came back in Italy and we miss you already! You are going a fantastic job!!!

Had a really lovely stay overall! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with welcome drinks, helped with our luggage, and everyone was always smiling and happy to help. The room itself was very clean, cosy, and comfortable, and considering the price, the value for money was honestly excellent.

Another wonderful stay at Puri Pandawa Resort., peaceful, relaxing surrounded by beautiful gardens and amazing scenery. All staff from front office through to the gardener are extremely friendly and endeavour to make your stay memorable.Great choice of meals from breakfast through to dinner. Free transport to Timbis Beach club at Pandawa beach. I would have no hesitation in recommending Puri Pandawa resort

“Exceptional staff and a very comfortable stay”

We absolutely loved the staff. People in Bali are generally kind, but here they were on another level. Exceptionally friendly, warm, and at the same time very professional. You truly feel taken care of. The room felt brand new, as if it had been recently built. Everything was in perfect condition, the air conditioning was new and powerful, and the internet in the room worked very well. Housekeeping was impressively efficient. As soon as they noticed you were having breakfast, they would clean the room without you even needing to ask. The pool area is beautiful with pleasant views, although you can see some buildings under construction in the distance. The beach is very close, around 5 minutes by motorbike. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the beach, which was fantastic for us as we were traveling as a family with our three-year-old son. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. We had breakfast included, and it was abundant and varied, honestly better than most of the nine places we stayed at in Bali during this trip. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service.

Lovely resort with absolutely super staff. Very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and very reasonably priced. The regular shuttle to the beach was great and we used it regularly. The gardens around the villas are beautiful.

“Great place, but please no pizza!”

The accommodation is in a good location, calm and quiet. Overall, everything was fine. The rooms are well maintained and the pool is very nice. We were protected from monkeys, which was a big plus. Cleaning was excellent – the staff came every day and we received fresh towels daily. There is a large breakfast selection available from the menu. The staff are kind and helpful, although that’s quite typical in Bali ☺️ It’s also worth mentioning the free shuttle service, which runs to two different beaches.

We stayed in a Villa with private pool. The staff were amazing going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was great and the accommodation was clean. The free shuttle bus to the beach is convenient.

“My best ever stay in Bali”

Hands down the staff were some of the best I have ever experienced in the world. They were excellent at communicating before, during and after the stay on so many details (I.e breakfast last call 30 mins belfry or closed!) and helped with drivers, tips - everything. The restaurant staff just as good an so friendly and happy Thanks so much all the staff at the report !

“A very relaxing stay in a very nice place”

I arrived early but that was ok, I could sit by the pool for a bit and have a drink whilst they got the room ready (only about 30 mins wait and was still in the room earlier than planned…they also upgraded me free of charge to my own private villa, with my own pool which was very nice) I didn’t eat at the Pandawa so I can’t comment on the food, but the place is very nice (there was some building works going on but I couldn’t hear it…lots of jungle noises instead which was good The staff were also very nice and the place itself is very clean Would definitely stay here again
