“Nice pool, peaceful, no beach”
Pool area super nice. Peaceful place. Hotel restaurant has good food and reasonable prices. You can order food to your room also and grab drinks. Minimarket, laundry and some restaurants nearby. Staff is super nice and friendly!

“Ok for one night.”
The room is very basic: there is no fridge, cups, toothbrush, or kettle. However, it is comfortable and clean, and the staff are very nice. The swimming pool is beautiful.

Good size room. Pool area was lovely and meals were all well prepared and very reasonably priced. Staff helpful. Short walk to shops and good cafes. Enjoyed our stay. Had spare bed put in room and let us check in early.

“Superb!!”
They have a menu for breakfast and lunch/dinner. We had coconut water and eggs and toast! Close by main restaurant and shops area, about 10 minutes walk, 2min in scooter.

“Pondok Indah fit all my requirements, I would definitely stay there again!”
Great location, everything I wanted was in walking distance. The gardens and pool - general surrounds were beautiful and impeccably kept. Icy cold Bintang a few steps away! And the staff were lovely :)

“Lovely place but very rude staff”
The ladies were kind of rude during our stay, food was served 1h late on our last breakfast, communication was really hard because their English is not good, and on our last day we got insulted and yelled at because we offered a girl to give her a lift with our taxi, and she was about to pay twice the price for the taxi driver of the hotel. (Scam basically) I cite “If you ever come back to Bali you’re not welcome here, f*** y**”

Great location if you want to surf. 30meter walk to check it at the cliff then just have to walk down the stairs. It was clean and staff were lovely. Had trouble with wifi for 2 days but came back on.
