The hotel is big and busy, so breakfasts can get quite hectic (but the buffet selection is good). The room was spacious and included all the necessary amenities. The walls showed some wear and would need refurbishment, but the room was clean. I loved the big bathroom and the seating area next to the window. The view was magnificent. There are bus stops nearby, a lot of department stores and several restaurants. The staff speaks limited English.

Everything was super. Large, comfortable and clean room, modern very well equiped and comortable bathroom, very tasty breakfast and pleasant and helpful staff everywhere. I highly recomend this hotel.

“I liked it and would definitely stay here if I come back to Ulsan.”
The hotel was nice, I have stayed in a Shilla stay before which is why I wanted to book this one. I loved how helpful the staff were, the laundry room was easy to use once I got some help. I liked the breakfast. And the location was pretty good.

The staff and breakfast were absolutely top notch, one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Good location, nice and central. Gym was well equipped.

The breakfast was very good. We liked the variety of options. The unlimited beers and snacks in the evenings were a nice option to have as well if we didn't feel like going out. Great restaurant options nearby and close to bus stops and taxis.

“Pleasant stay with good memories”
I like how the lift operates in the hotel, there are only 3 lifts and there are designated for different range of floors so we won't have to wait too long for the lift. The room are really suitable for couples and they have this fancy design to see through the bathroom and bath tub. There is a working desk with desk lamp, and a sofa to lay on, I stayed on level 20 and the room view are so beautiful, I can see all the high rise building next to me. The gym facilities are great too, I have not tried the breakfast but reviews said they are good, I can smell the coffee smell when I took the lift in the morning and really tempted to visit. Receptionist are great as they are able speak fluent English and willing to assist you if you meet with any problems. Location of hotel is great too, a few minute walk and you will get to visit all the food store & night clubs.

Very slow elevator. Waiting time up to 5-10 minutes in the morning. The corridor in front of the elevator was not cleaned up for two weeks.
