It was easy to locate and quite. The room was clean and well presented. The host sent a message with the details on the day of check in. It was very good overall.

The room was spacious, with a big bathroom and a great bedroom, a lot of équipements were provided (hairdryer, towels, shampoo...) and it was really calm. Its location allowed us to travel easily.

This is the best accommodation I have ever rented in South Korea! Very clean, cozy and excellent location of housing! Clean towels were brought every day. You can also enjoy free coffee. And an excellent Wi-Fi network. There was also a bathtub in the room. And a very affordable price! If one of my friends goes to Ulsan, I will definitely recommend your accommodation! Super!

Great price for the place. Clean and room were pretty spacious. The owner is a very nice and kind person. The location was good. Bus stops close by. The coffee machine was legit! I have to have my "gourmet" coffee and the coffee machine was excellent. Washing machine, no dryer, was very useful! Water dispenser was very high-end, like the coffee machine, with cold & hot water. 2 big refrigerators in the kitchen were very clean and useful. Also, we have our own clean mini but big enough refrigerator in our room. Anyway, definitely, coming back when in Ulsan!

For a private room, the price is good. Everything is clean. It's self check in. The owner will send instruction before arrival. There's a fridge, hair dryer on the room. There's a free use washing machine on first floor (no dryer), coffee machine, water dispenser.

other guesthouses in the area does not provide some ammenities you may need but this place was wonderful, you don't have to worry about where to re-heat your food or where to wash your clothes since their shared spaces has it all. the owner is also very reaponsive and readily available if you need assistance. check-in/check-out process is also very simple.

Firstly, location is awesome near Traditional market and city hall. Secondly, laundry facility availability because in that hot weather one has to wash clothes. Thirdly, overall experience was good and I recommend to everyone.

There is a lot of convenience store within the area and there were really nice restaurants as well! The staff provided fresh towels daily and also help to clean your room daily you would like them to.

Clean and the room is spacious enough for 1-2 pax! There is also a mini fridge.
