We had a truly unforgettable stay at Arctic Panorama Lodge. The location is absolutely unique. A remote island that you can only reach by boat, which makes it feel like your own private paradise. The peace, the silence, and the breathtaking views all around were simply sensational. Our superior suite had a stunning view and was wonderfully warm and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring. We were also lucky enough to see the Northern Lights during our stay, which made the experience even more magical. A very special thank you to the owner, Svein Jakobsen, who is such a warm and engaging host. He has so many fascinating stories to tell and a deep knowledge about Norway and his island, which made our stay truly memorable. The 3-course dinner in the evening was delicious, and the breakfast was plentiful, with many local products. The bread, in particular, was outstanding! If you are looking for a place to truly disconnect and experience the beauty of Norway in a very personal and unique way, Arctic Panorama Lodge is the perfect choice. A big thank you again to Svein. We would love to come back one day!

We spend wonderful time in one if the most beautiful and peaceful place we have been. October was great time to visit and we saw colorful nature and awesome northern lights. Hiking route to Arontind start from the back yard. Breakfast and dinners were delicious local food. Room and restaurant were perfect and there were all you need. We definitely come back some day.

Fantastic experience. Svein and aud are amazing hosts. Incredibly welcoming and friendly. They make sure you're stay is a great experience. They can advise you on activities, walking routes, local wildlife etc. The food is delicious and based on local ingredients. Their staff are also great. Amazing sauna and hot tub with views of the fjord. The views from the suites are breathtaking- including being able to see the aurora from the comfort of your bed if the skies are clear! They had also let us borrow some arctic overalls which were Incredibly warm so we could sit outside to see the lights as well. They made sure our experience was unforgettable!

Location is simply outstanding, and both the room with it's massive windows onto the fjord, plus the view from the main lodge itself is stunning. Very comfortable room, a little hot - surprisingly, but happy. Breakfast choice was excellent, the host Svein is a natural and goes out of his way to maximize the experience of staying there. Good bar too. Highly recommend the place.

Wonderful hosts, fantastic hot tub, amazing views.

First of all the owners are extremely attentive to their customers, which comes down to a very personal feeling when you're in the lodge. They take care of any of your needs. So far away from civilization you can count on a fabulous experience, connecting with nature if you want or just relaxing at the lodge with that unbelievable view. We did both, hiked the surrounding mountains and enjoyed a laid back afternoon one day. The food is delicious and cooked on site. That rounds off the last part of the experience.

This place is run by a super hospitable couple who make you feel welcome from the first moment with their care for you as guests, their easy-going style and the very many personal stories they are ready to share. Both, the bedrooms and the main /living/dinning room offer stunning views which , together with the welcoming character of the owners, gives this place a very unique feeling of well-being .
