The atmosphere was nice, friendly, and welcoming staff in the beginning. But as addition - if you see people that are exhausted, it would be great if you could not have a small talk with them, especially when you see that a person is not up for that. Also waiting for a talk with other customers to finish, when it seemed it wasn't about organisational things, was a bit strange. It's better to leave it for later, if the queue is being made. And continue the talk afterwards if people stay in reception. Great design, visuals, clean rooms, very stylish. Working elevator. That you had tea and coffee in a room and a kettle was really nice. The bathroom was really nice. And curtains in a room that was not allowing light to enter the room, so people can sleep better. Thank you. There are plenty of opportunities to charge electric devices. The location where the shop is nearby is also great.

“Great for what i needed this to be as a hotel but room for improvement to get best value for money”
I liked the location which is outside the centre but walkable distance I liked the room itself and the hotel is new and smart. I liked pressure of the shower and hotness. Breakfast is good but £££

Zero parking possibilities (all spaces already taken and nowhere to park nearby) and very unhelpful staff. We left and stayed somewhere else even with the risk of paying for the unused room.

“Great overnight stay near the autobahn”
Very comfortable room. Had Aircon which was good as the outside temperature was hot. Park nearby very close for dog walks. Had a very good pizza in the restaurant! (Only pizzas available) Very good breakfast Underground carpark at a reasonable price.
