“Nice hotel and would stay again if I'm in the area.”
Stayed a night while needing to be in the area for work. Hotel is nice and modern and rooms were of a good size with great bathroom and shower. Bed was comfortable. There was a good choice for breakfast. Staff were helpful as I accidentally left my headphones in my room and the cleaning staff found them and posted them back to me.

I received plenty of emails and WhatsApp messages to check in online before my stay but in none of these emails they mentioned that with construction works around the hotel. Google Maps is currently sending people to the wrong place (and with traffic it’s almost 30 mins to reach the hotel from there). Instead of multiple emails for online check-in, I would have preferred to have received emails for useful information.

Absolutely incredible! For such a rather small place like Ulm, the Leonardo is such a gem. They gave us a connecting room that had everything needed and more, very homey feel and my personal fav was the gym. Overall great 10 out of 10!

The situation of the hotel was good. Near train station, if need it and easy to reach the city center walking. The room very clean. The breakfast was good.
