“Luxury stay for a family or group”
F10 apartment with balcony on 2nd floorPerfect for family of 5 but could easily host up to 12. There’s TV in every room! Kitchen has everything including clothes washing and drying machines.

“Crap building”
Horrible staircase. Run down. Email said the property would be available from 14:00 - we arrived shortly after - code did work. Telefon - nobody answered. We ended up staying in a hotel nearby as the entry area and stairwell were just too disgusting.

The location is perfect! It was really clean in the apartment, the staff was nice and friendly, the kitchen has everything that is needed to cook for a big family. Special thanks for a supply like cooking oil, sugar, salt. Huge TV in every bedroom made children happy.

“Smart, large and well equipped apartment in central Ulm”
Great apartment, very centrally located. Kitchen very complete and the rooms are spacious. The roof terrace was a nice add on. TVs are enormous and in every room. Great place for a stopover or longer stay in Ulm.
