Horrible check in process! Collecting personal dara as for criminals, copies of ID, requiring selfies! Limited timing to collect key in inconvinient hours! Complicated check in! Do not recommend!

“We suggest not to stay here.”
We did not like our stay at this porperty, because they have lots if strict rules with high penalty charges. The rules are available only after you have booked the porperty and paid for it. We are traveling with fanily and have always been respectful for all properties we stay. But housekeeper found two small stains which are not washable at her opion and they charge 150 eur from our deposit. It is ridiculous, for that amount you can buy 5 new towels. We did nor know that we have check very stain on the towel. It is better not use them.

“Passable”
Good location close to center. Property was clean with working netflix account so i didn't have to login. Most of the facilities required for the apartment was there. Automated check-in and check-out process so felt smooth and light was also good.

Location is super central. The furniture is a mix between antique and modern and very well done. The host was very friendly and helpful and the check in procedure very efficient. Can recommend for business travelers and families.

“Basic apartment clean and well placed.”
Thought booking with booking .com was very easy this was a nightmare having to upload passports and personal details by phone en-route to apartment and then paying a 300e damage holding charge by another separate bank transaction which has still not been retuned 5 days after checking out. Very hot with just a 150mm fan with such a short lead was pretty useless. Showering in the kitchen was also a little weird.
