The host is really kind and friendly. He lent us everything we needed for cooking. Also the location was amazing, it’s close to the city centre but also the beach. Genuinely I don’t have anything bad I could say about this accommodation, it was amazing.

“A villa close to the beach”

The property is in 10 minutes' walk from the nearest beaches. Now a path has been cleaned to the Velika plaža beach along the sea coast, it takes about an hour to walk there. There are an electric stove, a microwave, a toaster, and an iron with ironing board in the common space for everyone to use, and an electric kettle in every room. The owner Ramzes is a very nice person who's doing his best to make sure that his guests feel great, and his English is very good. I doubt very much that you will find such an attitude towards guests in any five-star hotel.

Great host. We agreed that we could live 2 days longer. Air conditioning was installed upon our arrival. I liked the very sharp knives. He tries very hard for the residents.

Clean rooms and close to the beaches and restaurants in the center. Ramzes has been an amazing host, was very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again when in Ulcinj :)

We had a fabulous stay - we are small family. The owners are very helpful and able to communicate well in English. They accommodated all our requests. Child friendly and very welcoming environment. Good and fast internet and also TV with many international programmes. Location is brilliant as 5 minutes walk to the beach. Also, takes you straight to a great beach restaurant Sapore di Mare, which also is 5 minute walk. Beautiful sea view with balcony, very comfy beds. Local well stocked up shop only 3 minute walk away. Lovely and fresh air in the area, perfect for morning walks to the pine tree forest and run along the beaches. Also, there is an outdoor gym area by beach and pine trees. We will be back! 🙂🙏

Breakfast as a service was not available.Great sea view from the balcony. The sea is 5-7 minutes away, as are the restaurants located on the seashore. About 15 minutes to the old town or the market. There is no public transport, only taxis,so it is both a necessity and a great opportunity to get around. Special slippers are recommended for rocky beaches. Smoking is not allowed, which I think is a plus.There is TV for rainy days, fast 5G internet.The room has more or less enough dishes and cutlery for preparing meals on site.Tap water is too chlorinated, drinking water should be purchased. The shop is only about 200 m away.The owners of the house provide the necessary information and support, are kind and hospitable. Communication is provided in English.You can also pay for accommodation by card, but in most restaurants, cafes, and markets, of course, cash is required. I am very satisfied that I chose this accommodation for my vacation.

“Amazing relaxing stay in a breathtaking quiet place with sea views close to the beaches”

It is a perfect location with a very cozy comfortable and clean room. very fast Internet if you work online and an amazing view on the Adriatic Sea. The host is a very kind and welcoming person. Always gives useful and practical suggestions. The weather in October is amazing you can enjoy 3-4 beaches which are at a walking distance. There is a supermarket and a lot of restaurants with tasty fresh seafood nearby. The room is well maintained and very comfortable bed and furniture. I am definitely coming back next year in summer

The view from our room was wonderful. Anything we needed we only had to ask. When we needed washing doing it was done. Very quiet, peaceful location. Our third time in Ulcinj, such a beautiful place to go.

The view from the room was spectacular. The bed was big and comfortable, loads of tv channels in English, excellent wifi. Lots of storage with a big chest of drawers and wardrobe. Great communication from the host prior to check in and during our stay. Not far from the town beach (10 min walk) and a few restaurants (not much open at this time of year - mid Sept).

Location very good. The manager Ramses very friendly and cooperative. Very good room.

I felt there almost like at home. The owner is very attentive and caring of you, The apartment is located in a quiet part of Ulcinj. If I have the opportunity to come again I will do it.

We stayed in Villa Dulsinea for vacation with my mom and daughter. This is a comfortable villa in a stunning location, 10 minutes from a wonderful beach and beautiful walks. Special thanks to Ramzes for his care, help with all issues, warm welcome, like at home. We will be happy to come back to Villa Dulsinea next time 💙
