Genuinely one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. Every corner has been designed with extraordinary attention to detail — you can feel that the people behind it truly put their heart into it. The owners are incredibly warm and responsive. Any question, any request — they're here to help. The rooms are elegant and immaculately kept. Breakfasts here deserve a special mention. Each morning felt like a small celebration. The private beach is peaceful and the rooftop infinity pool is simply breathtaking. Highly recommended!

“Little peace of paradise”

One of the most beautiful Hotels we have stayed in. Very calm and relaxing vibe. We loved the new rooftop pool and the whole style of the Hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and the owner super helpful with recommendations and organizing a taxi and dinner for our anniversary. We were super sad to leave this little peace of paradise and will come back!

“Hidden gem on Montenegrin coast”

Host is amazing! It is small boutique hotel with 5-6 apartments, all of them having terraces just above the sea. No hotel as close to the sea as this one. Super clean, comfortable and with great sea views, with small private beach. I liked the reastaurant the most. Breakfast was extraordinary! They allowed us to stay full day after checking out, even offering shower. There are additional amenities on the roof, to be open soon (pool, sunbeds, etc).

We enjoyed the hospitality of hosts and their legendary breakfasts. Hotel is small but located just at the beach. You can see the sea out of your Windows and balcony. Our apartament was comfy.

“Unique and perfect”

I loved the privacy and calm. All rooms are right on the water and each features a stunning balcony to enjoy beautiful see views and amazing sunsets right on the water. This hotel is my definition of luxury, perfect in every way. The breakfast was a highlight as well. Delivered to your table with everything you might need on their lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The bay on which the hotel is located has a very private feel. The only other construction on the bay is a small family run restaurant which serves fresh fish and simple home style food which together with the copious breakfast at the hotel means you don’t need to leave the bay if you don’t want to. This kind of hotel is really hard to find. It makes it very special. The owners are also a delight. They are attentive but at the same time are very mindful of not encroaching on your space. The evenings were so gorgeous too. Zero visual pollution out on the bay - dark starlit nights. A true reset!

Beautiful space!!! Such lovely atmosphere and energy. The entire team is incredible, so welcoming and warm. Everything was perfect 🙏 we spent 3 nights / 4 days - only left the hotel once to visit the (gorgeous!) historic center of Ulcinj. The remaining time we spent in the hotel including on the private beach area. So peaceful and quiet. Restaurant nearby is family owned, open every day and absolutely lovely service and delicious food. No need to go anywhere else really (although Ulcinj is only 10 min by car in case one feels like venture out :). Skadar Lake is less than one hour away. Breakfast in the hotel was the best we have ever had - prepared with so much love, so fresh, and different every day! This place is really incredible, cannot recommend it enough!!

“Everything is wonderful”

The rooms were clean as if they were being used for the first time. The view from the rooms was of the sea. Watching the sunset in the evening was indescribable. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extremely delicious and varied. I loved it. It is a place we definitely want to stay when we come to Montenegro again.

I really like the style of the hotel. I don't like to stay in big resorts and here there are just 6 rooms wich was perfect. The view from the balcony was amazing and the sunset, stunning! When the beach is calm, the ocean is very clear. They recommended us the tour to Skadar Lake, I'm glad I made it! They also have 2 Stand Up Paddles that you can use for free. The coffe is free all day! The breakfast was also very nice (can be a lot but you can take the leftovers to avoid the foodwaste). There is no service for lunch or dinner but I highly reccomend the Kafana Rakita.

“Expectations exceeded, idyllic, peaceful, private and welcoming”

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful clean rooms, with incredible attention to detail to the idyllic sea on the private beach outside, everything about this place is perfect. When the sea is calm the water is crystal clear and even when we ventured out on the paddle boards provided we could see right down to the bottom at depth, and when the the sea becomes a little rougher with winds its still incredibly inviting. Ideal for a peaceful get away far from the busy tourist areas but close enough to local attractions. Kaltrina, Burim and their sons are a lovely family who run the hotel and are incredibly welcoming and helpful and truly made our stay special. The breakfast provided was exquisite and different every day, with all produce being sourced locally, evident in the tastes that make every mouthful a pleasure. My wife has food allergies and these were accommodated so kindly, with thoughtful alternatives provided for her when needed. Without a doubt we will definitely be going back.

The breakfasts were really great. A variety of fresh fruits, yogurt/muesli/berry breakfast cup, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, salad, breads and something different freshly baked each morning, along with fried eggs was served individually to the table and beautifully presented. It made me smile every morning. I way preferred this to a buffet. As there are no shops and only two beachy type restaurants close by, the breakfasts were more than ample enough to have a take away and enjoy for lunch if you were not going out. The views from all the rooms and the breakfast seating areas are lovely, looking onto the sea. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. A real pleasure to deal with and chat to every morning. They helped with arranging two restaurant bookings, a boat trip and gave us some tips on hikes around the area and would have booked a hike for us, but we opted to do our own Ulcinj hike along the coast. The hotel is a boutique hotel with only 6 rooms. All have balconies and views. We were kindly upgraded to a two bedroom suite which had its own lounge and small kitchenette area with fabulous balcony and views. I would highly recommend a room like this. So fab to wake up in and enjoy. The bed was very comfortable and we even watched Netflix one evening. The water was warm and lovely to swim in. We were able to book a private boat trip which the hosts arranged. We were collected at the small "jetty" and had a lovely 4 hours out on the water. The "blue cave" that our skipper drove us too was divine. Totally private and way, way better than any of the blue caves I have been to (Portugal, and Montenegro) and no boats!! Stunning blue water and a stunning area to swim and a "cave to swim into". Taxis are easy to get, the host calls for you.

The view and the breakfast were wonderful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s definitely a hotel that anyone visiting Ulcinj should stop by.
