“We felt appreciated and cared for!”

First of all I want to tell,that it has beautiful view bot from room and pool and restaurant area.Room was spaceous,it was interesting and very clean,cleaning was every day.Big refrigerator,great air conditioning.Loved the pictures on the walls of Ulcinj in the past.Pool area was lovely,pool is not big,but its enough and it isnt crowded.The sunbeds with sea in front is great place to enjoy and relax.Breakfast can get repetitive if you stay longer,but on the other hand there is everything you need for breakfast,good coffee,pancakes,omelette,good bread.I would suggest to give ketchup or some sauce with omlette,but we had pleasant breakfast everyday. It wasnt problem for us,because we had a car,but property is up in the hill,you need to keep that in mind if it is a challenge to climb up a bit.Location for us was was great,good restaurant nearby,markets,old town-we loved it here,staff is amazing,helpful and welcoming!I wish them success and keep up the warm atmosphere they have created!With love from Latvia❤️

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Haus Freiburg, and everything was truly great from start to finish! The staff was easily the highlight of our trip they were extremely helpful and always brought a positive, welcoming energy to every interaction. Our room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, and waking up to such a nice view every morning was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast was also good and provided a great start to our day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, we will definitely be back, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

“A fabulous hotel”

The hotel was fabulous for us, a great location with a wonderful view from the rooftop pool. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and great value for money. The manager was extremely helpful and assisted us in any way he could. The rest of the staff were also great, very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Easy access to the gorgeous old town and we had a scenic coastal walk to the 'long beach'.

The atmosphere and staff was very friendly, Aardi is amazing host and very helpful. The terrace patio and pool is a good spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a nice drink, you can play music and relax yourself watching the sea

The room is very comfortable, the manager is very helpful and kind. I had a good stay.

The hotel has a great location with an excellent view. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Our stay at Hotel Freiburg in Ulcinj was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel offers fantastic views that truly take your breath away. The location is ideal: peaceful and elevated, yet just a short distance from the promenade and the charming old town. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to fully relax after a day out. Everything felt carefully prepared and welcoming. What really made the difference, however, was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was also great — rich, varied, and of excellent quality, with something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, location, views, and genuine hospitality. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ulcinj.

The reception was extremely friendly, the rooms were very spacious and very clean. As soon as we went for breakfast, the room was tidied up and fresh towels were provided. The location is beautiful, with a wonderful sea view both from the balcony and from the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If I were to come to Ulcinj again, I would definitely book the same accommodation.

“Aboslute luxury with great friendly service 👌”

The staff were absolutely amazing. We were on our honeymoon and when we first arrived there was a trail of roses,candles and ballons through the hotel room leading to a bottle of chilled champagne. Just like out of a movie. Quick and friendly service, they also worked us out I believe so there wasn't many sirs/madame which we liked, they seemed more like great people than the robots you can find in other top end hotels. The restaurant was fantastic too, great seafood. The pool area was just luxury with a view.

“I think I will come back some time!”

The room was bigger than expected. The food was quite alright, I had different expectations based on the reviews coming from Google Maps but maybe we were not that peaky in the end. It really worth to stay here, really comfy and the price was good. The receptionists are very kind and speak English good. The cleaning lady exceeded our expectations, she was doing her job while we ate.

“Excellent hotel.”

Rooms were very large. Staff were very helpful. Pool was nice but small.

We were repeatedly badgered to pay by cash because the “card machine wasn’t working”, it was miraculously fixed when we checked out and had refused to pay cash. The staff were mostly rude, the food was poor, they burned the coffee and reacted rudely when I asked for ice to cool it down. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable about how pushy they were being for us to pay in cash.
