I really recommend this place. it's really beautiful sorrunded by old olive tress and if you love nature this will be perfect. The cabins, set among beautiful olive trees, are small but cozy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The biggest highlight, though, is the breakfast served outdoors with a stunning view of the sea, I would honestly book this place again just for the breakfast! You also get to taste their in-house olive oil, which is some of the best I’ve ever had. The breakfast spread includes fresh, homemade, and warm dishes that make the experience even more special. They also have a lovely swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this little piece of heaven in Ulcinj.

It was our third time at "Olive Tree" and there is a reason why we always come back. The Holiday Park is in the middle of an olive plantation (which makes it a little hard to find) .It is peaceful, quiet and perfect for those who seek accomodation in the middle of nature. Wonderful breakfast under the olive trees. The bungalows are quite simple - there is no super luxury but everything you need. Edin - the manager - is a smart guy who knows almost everyone in Ulcinj and is eager to help whenever you need something.

The location is a beautiful set in an ancient olive growth. The view of the sea is breathtaking. We stayed in a tent which was adequate for a few nights. There is a fan, electrical socket and a mosquito net. There is an outdoor shower and shared facilities. The swimming pool is small but adequate as it doesn’t get too busy. The breakfast is incredible and beautifully laid out in the open air terrace. They play music when food is being served. Almost like a call that food is ready!

Staff, breakfast and owner were perfect

We were lucky enough to spend a few nights in this beautiful olive grove at the end of September: peaceful and quiet, far from the stress of everyday life. We arrived in the early evening, and the park is very well hidden, a little way from the town center, in a nature reserve so I would advise everyone to arrive during daylight because your first visit could lead you to your GPS (if you don't follow the owner's directions like we did), you may end up 100 meters away, on the other side of a small cove opposite the park and very difficult to access by car (there and back—think of reversing on roads as wide as the car, sometimes less). Follow the GPS point you will receive by private message, not the one from Google or Waze! The place itself is incredible, with small cabins at a reasonable price including a super old olive tree (try to find it, it's a nice little walk). We really felt like we were having a true off-the-beaten-path experience, with everything we could possibly need, including a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea. Other reviews may have mentioned the breakfast, and they were right: it's the best breakfast I've ever had. I've never taken a photo of a breakfast in my life, but this one was truly exceptional. From the Olive Tree Park, you can easily reach beautiful places along the coast and visit Ulcinj.

Peaceful and quite place, brilliant views, good breakfast, gardens are full of nice facilities to spend some time, cute cats around the hotel were a lovely touch

The Holiday Park Olive Tree was beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking. The perfect escape in nature, so peaceful and quiet. The cabins were spacious with lovely amenities, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom, aircon, fridge etc. Everything was exactly as described and the pictures weren’t exaggerated.

The concept of living on the territory of an olive grove . Unity with nature and culture. A varied breakfast and an individual dinner. The staff is polite and good-natured. The location is an introvert's dream.

Its a beautiful location among olive trees. The bungalows are small but have all facilities needed. Breakfast is served from 0930 to 10.00. In my opinion too late but it was a good breakfast with many options. Make sure to be fast because there is no refill. Swimming pool is a nice addition.
