The location and the size of the apartment and the balcony

Location is perfect in the oldtown, with a very nice view from the balcony. The owner were very nice and during our stay very helpful. Just dont expect a hotel, its a very nice room for a couple on a Budget.

Excellent location and super kind host

The apartment is in the heart of old town with an amazing sea view. The rooms are big and comfy and the owner is the sweetest lady. She is so kind, she helped us out because we arrived really early and she let us in. She also let us leave our stuff on the day we were leaving while we were waiting for our transport.

Room had a wonderful view of the sea. It was clean and comfortable. Hosts were amazing and very welcoming. Their breakfasts, cakes and ice cream are the best in Ulcinj. I highly recommend.

House was located in old city area. The view from balcony was wonderful and we were in the middle of old town. Really really nice.

A very good family run accommodation in a lovely location. An extra, but a fresh tasty English breakfast and coffee. I was able to get a few items is laundry done.

“The most romantic location I’ve stayed in for many years!”

A sweet little apartment with a 2 person balcony from which to watch amazing sunsets I’ve the water. Beautifully comfortable bed and such a quiet location at night that I had a brilliant nights sleep. We even managed to cook ourselves a meal to eat on our balcony. The family running the cafe are all friendly and very helpful. I need a vegetable peeler and lemon for my meal and they gave me both. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Everything was amazing! I had such a great time in this cozy and absolutely stunning guesthouse with the most breathtaking view. Genta and her family are the kindest and the loveliest people, they made sure I had everything I needed. Can’t thank them enough! The apartment is super cozy and clean. Definitely coming back here again!

Lovely Spacious apartment in the Old town. It was very quiet. Very comfortable and clean. It had great views from the balcony. They do great coffees cakes and ice cream downstairs too

This is a great accomodation! The view on the sea is beautiful, everything is super clean, everything in the old town is in walking distance. The owners were very helpful in things like doing my laundry and fixing a cab to bring me to the bus station in the early morning. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Ulcinj.

Great location, just inside the old town. Very close to places of interest and a good range of bars/ restaurants. The balcony is lovely - just enough space for two to sit with a drink and watch the sun go down over the sea. Owners very pleasant and helpful
