“The best place in Ulcinj region”

The location is perfect - the house is surrounded by the olive groves, the sea can be seen between the hills covered with olives, birds singing around in the morning.. couldn't imagine a better place for some occasional short escape. The hosts are unique. So generous, kind, open-hearted. I have not met such a warm and welcoming approach for a long time. Fast responses, all local tips, everything one can wish while being a guest. Even home-made olive oil made of their own olives 😍 The house is very cosy and the garden area is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Just an absolutely perfect stay.

The property had an amazing outdoor area where we were able to relax, eat and drink. There was easy access to the beach and the city. Our host Artan was incredibly friendly and made us feel like part of his family.

“Great stay”

The location is perfect, a restaurant on walking distance and the beach is about a 10 minute drive. The city is nearby. Everything you need is available. The airco was really nice. We stayed 3 nights and planned it at the end of our active holiday to relax. This place was perfect for that, because it's outside the busy city. The owner has a lot of tips to do and is really friendly. He checked in every now and then on whatsapp to see if everything was okay.

House with all comforts. Very calm and relaxing place with an beautifull view over olive trees.

Really nice and comfortable cottage. It had everything that we were looking for, parking space, internet, equipped kitchen, cute yard, and pets were allowed. We were there in middle of February and cottage had 2 small heaters and AC in the bedroom, but even though temperature during night was around 5c, we didnt even used the AC, small heaters were more than enough for both floors. Nearest beach is around 2km from cottage, and center of the city of Ulcinj is around 3km, so we were using a car to move around, so it was pretty easy. Host is amazing, and was ready at all times to help us with whatever we needed, amazing guy!!

I liked this place a lot. This was honestly the best cottage i have ever been. The location is great, its near to the city, but yet so quiet and peaceful. The host was so kind with us, he was always helpful with whatever we needed. I mostly liked the view from this place. You could see the sea from your bedroom, and the nature around you is just breathtaking. Your cottage is surrounded by this big olive trees, wich makes you feel so in peace. About the facilitis itself you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The bed was comfy, we had evrything in the kitchen and most importendly we had three fan heater and because of that we were so warm. That was so importend for us since we stayed here in winter time. Last but not least, the place was spotless. Everything was clean and neat, just like in the pictures. I am so happy that i have spend my time here at Four Olives, and cant wait to come again.
