The accommodation is in a fantastic location, surrounded by olive trees and far from the city crowds. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. All compliments to the staff- they are very kind and welcoming! Also, we had dinner at their restaurant, and the food was excellent! 😊

We were greeted warmly by staff on arrival and every time we left and returned to the property during our visits. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. We had breakfast and an evening meal for each of our 3 days there and the food, particularly in the evening, was excellent. I recommend the truffle ravioli! The room and hotel itself was also very clean. The surrounding area is also peaceful, quiet and relaxing.

The location is very beautiful, the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was okay a small buffet with variety’s of foods, the pool was clean and the seats were nice. In the evening it was nice to sit around the pool and enjoy the quiet.

As it is in the middle of nature, but you can reach the center of Ulcinj in 5 minutes by car. The landscape is a dream, from where you can see the olive groves and a bonus 5 minutes drive away is Valdanos beach. We saw one of the most beautiful sunsets here

One of our best stays in Montenegro. We stayed here for 2 nights and we loved the vibe, the food, and the kindness of the staff. *Hospitality* The moment we checked in we were welcomed by the manager in such a hospitable way. They catered for our needs with regard to our 2 year old sleeping next to us, and they even drove me downtown to buy a pair of sandals, just to avoid traffic. Such a friendly gesture! *Rooms* As the place looks brand-new, we had luxurious and well equipped rooms which were spotless. Water pressure could be improved and for those who like to sleep in the dark, they could improve with hanging real curtains here and there as we were awake from 6am each day ;-) *Pool & Restaurant * Slightly salty (which means less chloride 🙌🏻) of great temperature. Our 2 year old daughter had a blast. The overall area gives you a Tuscany vibe. The food from breakfast to dinner was amazing. We’ve eaten most of our meals here and loved all of them (Kudos to the Chef). For those staying here for multiple days; a tip would be to also dine one night at Mashtra — The Olive house (across the street). If we ever go back to Montenegro 🇲🇪, we’ll surely visit Carolea again!

The place is quiet and cosy, surrounded by old olive trees. The room was clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed for our leisure stay. Sheky, the owner of this cosy pension - was the perfect host. He not only gave us information about the location, POIs.. In the long night discussion over a few beers he explained us and helped us understand Montenegro and Montenegrians. Thank you, Sheky.

The apartments are brand new, very comfortable and very well equipped. Stuff is extremely polite and helpful. Nice breakfast is included with a la cart option for lunch/dinner.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time at CAROLEA VILLAS. The host was very welcoming, showing us our very beautiful room with two balconies (one for morning and one for evening). The location of the hotel is beautiful in a little valley of olive trees. Can only recommend staying at this hotel.

Picturesque Villa, just above Ulcinj, surrounded by untouched nature. Rooms are modern and freshly furnished, staff was extremely friendly and very pleasant. Parking was available on site. It will definitely be my choice for my next visit to Ulcinj.
