“Small but great value for money”

Albert and his family were so hospitable, we asked for quite a few extra things to cook with and they were so helpful! The place is brilliant value for money and the terrace is spacious and a great place to have a sunset drink. The beds were fine, the kitchen was very small but did the job! Location was great if you are okay with stairs as the old town has lots of steps and inclines. There are plenty of restaurants and beaches near by, the supermarket is a 5-10 min walk.

I liked the simplicity and cleanliness of our room, the view out of the window was great also the terrace had the most beautiful view of the sea and everyone could access it and chill. The owners were friendly and their hospitality was excellent. Albert showed me and my partner the most beautiful places to visit. He also saved a spot for us to park our car for free, about 3-4 minutes away from our room. Everything was reached with 5min walk, so there were no need to use the car.

The host was super friendly, the location, room, everything was excellent! The host even helped us to carry our luggage and saved us a free parking spot. Both of them are very friendly and they were always checking if we needed anything during our stay. Highly recommend and very satisfied with the stay!

“Friendly host in the old town”

Host was very welcoming and helpful. They offered coffee and wine during my stay. They accepted my reservation very last minute at 10pm. They made swans with the towels and had rose petals ready on the bed. They got everything ready in the room. You may make coffee or a simple meal in the room.

Owner & his wife are friendly & helpful. The bed, sheets & pillows are among the best I've ever slept on. Better than I have at home. It's very clean. Quiet. Has fridge & A/C. The view from the top floor balcony has a great view of the Mediterranean and Old Town roofs.

Location is excellent. But the most exiting for us was the very friendly owner and his family. All owner's recommendations were 100% true. Also you have all needed in-room amenities plus the terrase with great sunset view. We definitely want to will be back.

From the first contact with Albert and his family you feel completely confident that all your worries about your stay in Ulcinj is under the full control of these wonderful people. And now, some details: as we were arriving late in the evening and departing early in the morning, we asked Albert for a transfer. Albert was on time and delivered us to the apartment quickly, he is a professional driver, so the journey was fast and as safe as possible. Moreover, he always responded to our messages immediately and sent all the necessary information. We knew that the apartment was in the centre of the old town, but what we saw was amazing: it was in the heart of the old part of town, near the old castle with many beautiful views of the sea and a rocky coast. The narrow streets brought the atmosphere of fairy tales and some kind of magic. When we arrived at first at the apartment, a bottle of cold wine and aromatic coffee were waiting for us in the room, it was a pleasant surprise! Then Albert showed us the terrace, which offered a breathtaking view of the sea. It's no exaggeration to say that this is the best view in this city, so every morning and every sunset we met there with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening enjoying the view. Needless to say that the room had everything we needed: from air conditioning to crockery to make light breakfasts. We could see how much care and love the owners paid to every detail of the interior of the apartment. Albert told us about the beaches, which are literally a 3-minute walk from the apartment, everyone can really find something for themselves: free of charge or paid, sandy or rocky /in this case, you should take care of the appropriate shoes/, large or small and cosy.

Incredible! Room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace was beautiful. The hosts were very helpful - met us from the harbour to where we could park then helped with cases to our room. They were more than willing to help in any way they could.

Great location in the old town with many restaurants less than 5 minute walk and less than 10 minutes walk to the town beaches. Albert, Emma and their family were great hosts, even moving their car so we could park in their space. Albert also has some great stories! The complimentary coffee on arrival and bottle of wine was a lovely touch and the bed was really comfortable and the room stocked with everything you could need. The star of the show has to be the amazing room terrace which is a lovely place to watch the sunset!

The property is located in the center of old town, right next to the castle. It is clean and owners are super friendly, the terrace has a perfect sea view, it is a fantastic place for enjoying the time in.

The propriety is situated in the castel, it’s a dream property. You have an big terrace above the property and you can see the sea and a big part of Ulcijn! I highly recommend! The guest was very helpful he come after us when we cannot find the property and let park on his spot ! One of the beaches is at 3 minutes from the property, you have market at 2 minutes .
