“paradise with a view”
We really like the most area around apartment. Panoramic view from swimmingpool- beautiful nature(mountains, flowers, fruits). Apartment was clean. 5-10 min by walk from property is located beach and nearby are restaurants and markets. Hosts are really nice people .

Everything was as on the picture, the room was a little small but clean. The hosts are friendly :) We didn’t try the pool, but the location is quite close to the beach.

“A great apartament with a big swimming pool with a fantastic view”
Everything was great.The hosts are really nice people.The apartament was clean and fantastic. The next plus was a big swimming pool with jaccuzi. The view from the pool was fantastic.There is about 450 metres to the sea.Shops, restaurants are 300 metres from the apartament.We had a lovely time!

The owners are amazing, very helpful and nice people. The swimming pool is gorgeous, with perfect view, very clean, nice size. Close to the swimming pool there is a bar with barbecue. The rooms are nice, very clean with comfortable continental bad.

the price for this hotel is not related. you do not get new towels, the rooms are not cleaned daily. wifi never works, it very rarely. there many other hotels there much better in ulcinj.

cleanless in general. the pool is cleaned every night , the location is too quite , everything you need you can find in 500 m in area, market place, restorants, most important ,the owners and the staff are kinde , professional , nice greeating when we arrived and more ... if you want to know , you have to come and visit the Gjenashaj Apartmant . air condition, free big parking place, tv, every room has own separate wifi router connection.👌
