We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast and dinner were especially impressive—served buffet-style, with a wide and varied selection. There was something for everyone, and the food was fresh and delicious. The staff were kind and helpful, and the environment was peaceful and welcoming. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place!

I was at villa Cungu with my family, the staff was so very nice and welcoming. Te food was great, it was near the beach, there was also free parking for the car. We had a problem with our car the owners were so helpful and took care of everything, so we could enjoy our vocation. Every time I come back to Ulqin i stay at villa Cungu. It’s a great place..

I hope this information will assist you in making an informed decision. The host frequently engages in double-booking, which results in an unpleasant start to the stay. Guests are initially taken to an alternative location, which is both aged and situated at a considerable distance from the beach. This unnecessary inconvenience can easily consume an entire day. I personally witnessed three separate instances of guests encountering this same issue. The host attributes this problem to Booking.com, absolving themselves of any responsibility. There are several significant drawbacks to consider: - The establishment is not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. - Hot water is frequently unavailable. - The kitchen is not hygienic. - Flies freely contaminate food on plates. - Breakfast and dinner menus are repetitive and unvaried. - On multiple occasions, there was insufficient food to cater to all guests. - The hotel is situated near a small stream, which emits an unpleasant odor, particularly in the dining area. Regrettably, my girlfriend experienced food poisoning on the final day of our stay, culminating in a disastrous conclusion to our holiday. Ulcinj offers a plethora of superior and more affordable accommodation options. The host may solicit positive feedback, but I feel compelled to convey the truth, regardless of potential consequences. If you love yourself and family stay away. I put some pictures below for you to see cleanliness, bacteria and clogged sink.

we liked that the beach was very close to the location. From the point of view of rest, everything was perfect, it was quiet. And as of food it was 10/10, there was always something for all appetites. The employees are also very attentive and friendly with the customers. BUCURIE ❤️

First of all, very nice staff. The owner took care of us as his own. Even when we arrived on the motorbike, we rode for about five hours through thunderstorms and slowly flooded the hotel as we carried our stuff to our room in the increasingly crazy rain, and we were dripping with water. We arrived late, had a delicious dinner stashed away and everyone was helping us. I thought they felt sorry for us, but they were this kind and caring the whole stay. Very very very very good food. Breakfast and dinner. You could tell it was really honest home-cooked food, and there was joy and experience in tasting everything. Mashed potatoes, potatoes, rice, sauces, meats, a selection with minimal fried stuff, although fry lovers could have had them too, but it certainly wasn't about them. Anyone who likes honest home-cooked food made with delicious local ingredients will definitely enjoy it. I like to cook :-) so I appreciated and enjoyed it :-). Another plus was that the rooms were reasonably sized, nicely decorated, very good mattresses and comfortable sleeping arrangements, and everywhere was very clean and constantly being cleaned. If all of Montenegro was as clean and tidy as the Cungu Apartment House was, it would be very classy.

perfect breakfast and dinner...very nice service and gentle persons ..they are very happy to help for what you need and if you have kids is perfect because the beach is very close to the hotel and for eating you have several options for kids and adults.. I would be happy to visite again ..

The breakfast was VERY good and the dinner soups was surprisingly good. The location was very nice. The stuff was very friendly, they are always ready to help, realy!

Good location, just over the little bridge on the canal from the beach . Shops and some restaurants 20m away. Some more bars and shops 200m away. Nice view from the last floor and you have a sun terrace either. Good selection for a breakfast from scrambled eggs with different vegs or sausage,to pancakes and watermelon 🍉. They make a dinner buffet but We didn't try ,10€exc drinks. After first night we were moved to another room due to air con failure. BTW we could choose the room on our arrival the owner showed us 3 rooms and we made a choice.
