“Relatively good stay, low cost and handy if you need quick access to the beach.”
Comfortable bed. Tv with Netflix/youtube. Balcony was nice with a clothes hanging rack. Near to velika plaza, 10 minutes walking distance and everything is relatively near.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and a big plus are the two terraces that provide extra space to relax. Overall, the accommodation is pleasant and a good choice for a stay. The only downside is the small kitchen, which can be a bit inconvenient if you plan to cook or stay longer.

Dobar smještaj u mirnom dijelu grada. Prodavnice, pekare i restorani su udaljeni na 10 min pješke od apartmana. Domaćin je bio ljubazan i uvijek dostupan u toku dana ukoliko vam je nešto potrebno. Soba je bila čista i dobro opremljena, a peškire su redovno mijenjali.

“That is a not bad budget apartment, especially if you fast asleep and don’t hear anything while sleeping.”
-polite, positive and smiley apartment owners. They brought us bedside lamps and a second desk for work upon our request, that was really valuable. :) - A budget Apartment for a family or friends, with 2 bright and spacious separate rooms and 2 balconies. - Good location: supermarkets within 100 meters, excellent restaurants nearby, a 15-minute walk to the beginning of the Velika plaza, and a 10-minute drive to the main beach in Ulcinj.

“Short but nice stay in UIcinj”
The hosts were great, even though we arrived very late at night they were very helpful with everything, we found the parking right in front of the apartments and it was very convenient, since we had to leave early. Even though we only stayed for one night, I am sure that it will be on our map next time we plan to visit Ulcinj.

Great and very helpful host 😊 very clean and beautiful room on great location, near the beach. Easy check-in and check-out. Room well equipped (AC, TV with flat screen, iron, hair-dryer, very comfortable bed, etc.) and with your own bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

New and very spacious apartament, kind staff and everything what we needed to have a nice stay. 15 minutes walk to the beach. Recommended!
