“NOT CLEAN”
Unfortunately there were multiple big stains on the bed sheet, including hair, the stains looked like dried sperm. I was not able to sleep in the bed after seeing this. When we highlighted it to the hotel staff all they replied was “ok”. I ended up sleeping on the sofa. Even if these are stains that couldn’t get washed out of the bed sheets then don’t put the bed sheets on the bed. Besides, the least thing they could do was change the bed sheets and apologise. All we got was “ok”

“Great Apartment for Ulanbaator”
We arrived very early (7 in the morning) and they let us check-in eraly, which was very nice. The apartments were gigantic. One would have fit our whole group but "deluxe family room" means different things in different countries, so you never know in advance. We gladly would have stayed there longer. The location is not directly in the center but taxis are cheap, so we we happy to have chosen May Seven Suites.
