The room was a good size and included a TV, fridge, and a heated towel rail in the shower room. There was also a hot and cold water dispenser on each floor, although there is no elevator. The mattress was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. English was somewhat limited, but with a little help from Google Translate we managed perfectly well. Breakfast was good, with hot coffee, juice, a selection of cakes, and some hot food available. There is also a pool club in the basement, although it is separate from the hotel itself. Overall, the hotel feels a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area could use some development, as there was building rubble nearby and the road surface was in poor condition. That said, I would probably stay there again.

Convenient location with pleasant helpful staff. Breakfast OK but prone to run out of some things early like coffee!

I booked this extra night before a tour starting at the same property because I was flying in around 5am. The room with separate lounge and mini bar fridge was very good. Breakfast was good. Check in easy. Good price. The arrival shuttle in the night was great.

Good location minutes walk to point sof interests, restaurant, etc. Very friendly staff though communication was a bit of a problem. The room was huge by Mongolian standards, with a sitting room and a bedroom, and a modern bathroom.

The hotel is very well situated near to the city center and Novotel. The surroundings are relatively quiet. The room is large, very clean and has everything you need for a good stay. Access is not easy, but this is normal for Ulaanbaatar, so you'll have to trust your driver. You can find plenty of restaurants in the area. The breakfast is good.

Located in a central aerea of the town. The room was very comfortable and clean. There is no lift to the upper floors and the restaurant was closed for dinner, but breakfast was very good.
