“Fabulous location on a cracking island.”

Fab small guesthouse right on the beach. Lovely spacious room with nice balcony overlooking a great beach to snorkel from. Nice breakfast with plentiful options. Easy to hire snorkel gear from one of the many dive shops nearby. We loved this island, loads of decent restaurants and coffee shops, great snorkelling, good day trip options.

We stayed 8 nights, and we have been feeling like in honeymoon. Shaviyani is a charming small villa right by the sea with only few rooms and an attentive, amaizing service. The open air lounge and breakfast area facing the beach are fantastic but the rooms are truly stunning. Our room was very large, with balcony overlooking the coconut trees and the sea. Final touch: the staff set up for us private sunbeds directly on the beach with view on stunning blue sea, the white sandbank and the sunsets. Really a treasure.

Amazing place, staff very helpful and friendly whatever we need it they provide for us, close to the bikini beach, you just cross the road and you have hotel sunbeds provided under the shade, breakfast was delicious.

“Magical welcome to The Maldives”

Shaviyani is a fantastic place to spend some time in Ukulhas. Set right on the Beach Front( I dont understand the comments that it is minutes from the beach. Literally 4 steps from the Hotel to the beach!!) We were met at the Ferry Port from the ever smiling, always amenable Prabin and taken to the Hotel. Here we were met with a refreshing fruit juice by Ayu, who organizes everything for you with effortless ease and pleasure. Nothing is too much trouble and is sorted quickly. I thoroughly recommend the hotel excursions as they have their own boat and you can enjoy everything as a private party rather going with a group of strangers. It's all very personal here. We took a day trip to a nearby resort Ellaidhoo, and then a combined trip of Manta Ray/ snorkeling and Sand Bank. Where the Captain took us to the top spots for snorkeling, including a truly spectacular coral reef with the most insane amount of different corals. They made sure we had the best Manta spotting experience taking us to several locations and ensuring that we were snorkeling with several of these magnificent beasts. This was a Magical experience. Back to the Hotel. It only has three rooms and therefore a very personal and cozy affair. The room was big and comfortable. All you need is here. Large bed, aircon, safe, coffee/ tea making facilities. The bathroom is perfect with a massive shower. The terrace has sea and beach views. The beach is a fantastic , white sandy beach great for snorkeling. The Hotel has an area for sunbeds and Prabin makes sure that you get the best spot on the beach. Very enjoyable experience, thanks to Ayu and Prabin . Ayu prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for me ( see photos).

“Stay here!!!”

I really enjoy staying at here because the location is more than perfect just by three minutes walk to the white beach! Actually, I can literally enjoy the sea view from my bed. All the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful rooms in an excellent location. The Wi-Fi was strong and ran without any problems. Even from the beach you still have reception. many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. fresh drinking water available at any time. Reliable pick-up service from the ferry. Breakfast was rather simple, it could be a bit more extensive.

“Fantastic 4-night stay on Ukulhas”

We stayed 4 nights here and fully recommend this wonderful boutique hotel on Ukulhas for all these reasons (1) Location is fantastic, right on the bikini beach with the house reef for great snorkelling off the shore, and sun loungers and beach towels just for guests. (2) Spacious, bright and tastefully designed, clean and comfortable room with equally spacious bathroom and balcony. Good wifi. (3) Incredible 5-star hospitality - we really have to call out Pravven in particular who is such a gem, always smiling, service minded and so observant, proactive and attentive to the needs of all guests. We were very pampered by him. The hotel helped us with all speedboat transfer arrangements from Malé and to the next island we were visiting which was very helpful. (4) Food - delicious, generous breakfast. We had the Mas Huni with green salad and fruits every day and never got tired of it. This hotel also has a good restaurant (Sapore) nearly next door - we could also conveniently order a takeaway pizza for room delivery on our last night. (5) We arranged a private snorkelling excursion with nurse sharks and manta rays through the hotel and can highly recommend it. It is run by the hotel's own tour agency with their own local captain and guide, and is a responsible tour where you can safely and respectfully snorkel with wildlife in the ocean and receive stunning video footage of your unforgettable experience later). Definitely the highlight of our visit to Ukulhas!

I loved everything: super friendly and helpful staff, lovely spot on bikini beach, tasty generous breakfast, nice room with a spacious bathroom, sunbeds, beach towels, arranging all the transfers. They also own a restaurant 3 mins walk away and serve lovely food. Thanks so much!

“Excellent place to stay in Ukulhas”

This is right on the beach and the amenities are excellent. Rooms on first floor are big and have ample light. Highlight is the lounge area. Owner has even kept a SUP board for use by guests.

The room was beautiful and clean. Right in front of the beach which was perfect. We think that in front of the Hotel it’s the nicest part of the beach! Their restaurant Sapore is also really good!

Fantastic location, large well equipped room, wonderful balcony and view, very friendly staff who were kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Amazing little place, very welcoming and such a great location. Breakfast was very yummy, we had the maldivian option and we loved it. We will definitely come back, thanks Ayu and Parvin, you really went out of your way for us ( hope I spelt it right)

“The perfect place of Ukulhas”

A beautiful and stylish hotel on the coast of the island, tastefully furnished and always clean. The owners and staff are wonderful people who will make you feel at home. Perfect location, close to restaurants and cafes and right on the beach. They also have a restaurant near the hotel, the chef is incredibly talented.

“Absolutely perfect”

We (myself and two kids, aged 10 and 7) spent 9 perfect days in this guesthouse and fell in love with it… Super short distance to a beautiful beach (2 meters) with daybeds for hotel guests and a stunning sunset. Very calm, as this guesthouse has only three guestrooms – very stylish and cozy – with an open (and outdoor) lounge area where you can relax and also have breakfast. The breakfast is very tasty – you can choose between three options, including a typical local breakfast. For lunch and dinner, you can order from the restaurant (which offers a very good price-performance ratio) that belongs to the guesthouse. The team took great care of us – they organized meals, excursions with sharks, turtles, mantas… We met the owners, who are absolutely adorable!

“Brilliant, and peaceful.”

Our host was so kind, and she did everything to make our staying comfortable and calm. The room was so spacios with a balcony, and a seaview. The bathroom is huge and beautiful. Our room was cleaned every 2days. The breakfast was totally delicious, and good amount. The location of the hotel was super! The beach was within 5steps away. Local shops are in 5minutes walk. Restaurants are the same as shops. They even escorted us from the speedboat when we arrived to the island, and they got us on the boat when we were leaving, and they made sure that everything was settled. So all in all , it was fantastic, and thanks for everything.

Very comfortable rooms and hotel close to the beach. Great view from the balcony. Nice and quiet location. Very beautiful beach and very close to the reef. The hotel staff amazing and very helpful. They made us feel like at home. Excellent quality for money.
