Nice hotel with a family atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful, tasty and sufficient. The room is very clean with a comfortable bed. Bikini beach 50 meters away, with umbrellas and sunbeds. Snorkeling is worth it, because there are turtles, corals and beautiful colorful rich wildlife on the shore. The sunset is not to be missed. Many small restaurants nearby. I recommend!! I'll be back again😊

“Fantastic”

Ukulhasa is very small and romantic island with beautiful, long and quite bikini beach, turtles, sharks and fantastic underwater life. Hotel location is perfect, stuff were very friendly and welcome, rooms are simple but spacious and comfortable, breakfast and lunch was good.

A normal hotel for its price. Good service and cleaning service. A variety of breakfasts and dinners. We were with a child for 10 years. The child was well fed. Beautiful bikini beach, if you snorkel from 6:30 you can see turtles, sharks, rays and even manta rays.

We were three women traveling to the Maldives in December and stayed at the Paguro Beach Inn during our visit to Ukulhas. We could not recommend the hotel more highly. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Ukulhas is a stunning location, and the hotel manager, Solaman, with the entire staff, were exceptional. Throughout our stay, they took care of us with much attention. They met us at the ferry, carried our luggage, introduced us to the place, and organized an unforgettable excursion to the open ocean, where we snorkeled with mantas, sharks, and on a beautiful coral reef. We also stopped at a sandbank in the ocean, which was one of the most breathtaking places we've ever seen. The price for the excursion was also unbeatable. Paguro Beach Inn is located very close to the beaches, and the snorkeling just off the shore is fantastic. We regularly saw not only beautiful reef fish of all kinds of different kinds in incredibly clear water, but also sharks and stingrays. It was an extraordinary vacation, and much of its quality was due to the care of the manager and the staff. They surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake, and the birthday girl was so touched that she cried. It was simply perfect. And we also appreciated Solaman's great sense of humor. Regarding our rooms, we did not have an ocean view, but we didnt miss it because we spent our days at the beach anyway. Our rooms were air-conditioned and had beautiful modern showers, as well as a balcony that was super useful for drying swimsuits and towels after returning in the evening. The hotel provides beach towels as well as snorkeling gear, BTW. As three women, we felt absolutely safe both in Thoddoo and Ukulhas. We recommend walking around in the evening and at night, even alone. The town becomes lively after sunset and feels completely safe. Perhaps this is because alcohol is not allowed, or because everyone knows one another, or simply because Maldivian people are exceptionally kind?

We felt very well looked after For Soloman and his staff nothing was too much trouble. They were genuinely very caring and extremely hospitable. The hotel was immaculate, breakfast was great and the location was excellent.

“Wonderful time in Ukulhas!”

The staff made us feel completely at home! They were always smiling and kind. The hotel is very clean, and they clean the rooms every two days. Beach towels are also provided, which is very convenient. They offer a variety of excursions, and you can easily arrange an activity each evening for the following day. They also organise transfers to and from the airport and the Ukulhas port, so you don’t have to worry about carrying your luggage. The beach near the hotel is beautiful, and there are great opportunities for snorkelling. The island itself is small, and you can explore all of it within a couple of hours. During April, it’s wonderfully peaceful and less crowded. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to returning to Ukulhas — we will definitely be choosing Paguro again!

Everything was simply amazing. Solaman, the manager, was the perfect contact for all the needs you might have. The hospitality is very high level, everything is aimed to make your stay more comfortable. There were no issues so far, it is a place I would surely go again and recommend!
