The hotel is new an located near the main road, clean and contemporary interior and very elegant restaurant. The bathroom exceptionally clean and spacious. I stayed for 2 nights but the room was made even after first night while I was at work. Absolutely not necessary and not expected, but pleasant nevertheless.

“Very nice hotel at the heart of the town”
The entire hotel was very warm which was a big bonus after the cold Christmas days. The church is right next to the hotel and it was very pleasanr to wake up to the sound of the bells. Excellent wifi signal and very good breakfast!

We stayed for one night at Big Stone in Ukmergė, and everything was truly excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it perfect for a short stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly good — fresh, tasty, and with a nice selection. A great place to rest while travelling. Highly recommended!

“Bad service in good location”
Every 15 minutes terrible buzz siubd from AC. Buzzzzz, buzzzz, buzzz all night long. Tried to contact staff, no reply since 3 weeks. Terrible, irresponsible hotel.

I booked and paid for a room at this hotel, received access codes for the parking lot, the hotel, and my room. I arrived at 12:35 a.m., and the reception desk was already closed. I drove into the parking lot and entered the hotel, but I couldn't get into my room; the door wouldn't open with the code. I read the reviews, and it seems this is a recurring problem with the hotel. Or rather, it's a problem for guests like me who arrive tired and are disappointed.

“Everything was just right for a pleasant stay”
Good location. My room was modern and cozy, with a comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a nice bathroom. I arrived late, and the hotel’s PIN code access suited me very well. The breakfast was also quite okay — not fancy, but enough.
