A beautifully presented property close to everything in Uhika. It was clean, comfy and easy to find. Staff were really helpful and rooms were modern and spacious with nice comfortable beds which can be hard to find in Japan. Highly recommend it as a place to stay.

“Amazing stay.”

The room was spacious and comfortable. We slept well every night. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we come back. Food was harder to find in the area if you don’t know Japanese at all but the hotel provided a list of recommendations and helped us with making reservations. We enjoyed the ones that we went to.

It was a comfortable, peaceful, and hassle-free stay. The staff was very friendly, they speak English quite well, and they go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, and the furnishings were new, modern, and Japanese-style. The location is excellent for reaching the attractions, the parking is secure, and we highly recommend this place.

Like all fairfield hotels in Japan, this one was clean, the staff were friendly and attentive and you know what you're getting. No breakfast, but the staff did inform us of the Sunday market. 711 about 8 minutes walk down the road as well

“Great modern hotel”

Modern hotel and our room was a good size and nicely laid out. Big comfy bed and a great shower. Even know there's not a restaurant there's plenty of seating for you to enjoy brought in meals plus there's a coffee machine and a microwave.

This hotel is rather new, so the design is much nicer than the standard hotels around Japan. The staff who checked us in was extremely helpful and had very good command of english. The cleanliness of the room is excellent and comfortable. Its also much larger than most hotel rooms in Japan. There aren't many dining options around to choose from, but the hotel has a nice shared dining area, with a free coffee machine, and microwaves that we could heat up our food from a nearby supermarket. The hotel is also right beside a nice market which sells local produce and handicrafts. Highly recommended for anyone who wants an escape from city life.

The modern hotel interior was a refreshing change from our past accommodations. I love the communal pantry and lounge area; it's such a cosy space to chill in plus it comes with free beverages. The room was also very well designed to suit modern lifestyle needs. Parking is certainly not an issue as the hotel has decent parking spaces for everyone. Location wise, it is not exactly within the city centre so it's a little quiet. I was initially worried about the lack of dining options but the hotel has prepared a list of good local food establishments for us to consider. Really appreciate their effort for doing this! It's also located right beside the tourist and souvenir information centre which makes it convenient for us to pick up gifts for our short stay. I highly recommend this place!

This small yet beautiful hotel features a Japanese-inspired design paired with modern amenities. It’s conveniently located next to a local market, offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and snacks—perfect for a quick and casual breakfast.

Had the most comfortable stay! The hotel was clean, quiet and beautiful! Staff was wonderful and helpful, spoke good english! Bed was huge and we slept so well! Loved the shared kitchen where we could prepare our dinner from 7/11 just down the street.

Everything was great. We walked in without booking but the receptionist was very helpful even with language barrier thanks to google translate. Room was spacious enough, clean and bed was really comfy. There is a morning market next to the hotel where you can buy breakfast and bring back to the hotel and enjoy it at the lounge area with complimentary coffee and tea.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed in 3 hotels during our trip to Fukuoka, and hands down my family of 6 voted Fairfield by Marriott Ukiha as the most comfortable and memorable stay. We have never felt so rested! While its location requires a car to get to, all my concerns about meals and finding things to do were unfounded. The rest stop just next to the hotel had a very good selection of ready to eat food that we happily ate for breakfast. The huge table and pantry with free coffee/tea and microwave was a relaxing spot for my family to eat the food we bought from the rest stop. The rooms were spacious enough, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pajamas were comfy too. The hotel has also thoughtfully provided pamphlets to nearby restaurants and attractions we can go to.Kudos to the staff who were super helpful in answering my questions and even helped make dinner reservations for us. When language was a barrier, Google Translate easily solved the problem. We highly recommend Nibante as a dinner venue and for coffee lovers, there's Kirito Coffee Roasters across the road.
