The location is great, with Byodo-in Temple and Ujigami Shrine easily accessible on foot. There's free matcha and coffee in the kitchen that you can enjoy anytime. The kitchen is easy to use. The host was very welcoming and made a good impression. There's free parking next to the accommodation. I would love to stay here again someday.

It’s a very big house full of plants and shared kitchen (one for a floor - I guess), where you can make even matcha drink for free.

Really clean, quiet and comfortable stay. Good location close to town. Free tea and coffee facilities.

Staffs were really friendly and helpful. The entire house was really stylish and had ample washing machines. My favourite space was the common area upstairs, which looked like a small cozy cafe. They provide free coffee & tea(many options for you to choose from) in this area. The room was also large enough for you to open suitcase luggages (probably 2-3, depending on the size of your luggage). Towels/toothbrush/shampoo/hair dryer/etc, were also provided. Thank you so much for the good stay!

The host is very friendly and attentive. She speak little English but she will try her best to help you in any assistance you requested. The hostel itself it's very cozy home feeling. It's more than a hostel facilities when you can get a common area with kitchen, espresso machine, fridge, drinking water. If you are stayed in for more than 2 days I believe the washing machine and dryer would be amazing for you. The location is perfect with walking to any tourist spot, located nearby with foods, convenient stores & etc.

The staff was super nice. They let me enter before check in time and they were very friendly. The check out time is also very good. Not so often they let you leave until 11am. The room is in Japanese style and it was very beautiful. It has all amenities that you need. It's located near all the touristic area. I would stay there again.

“A wonderful healing place for solo traveller.”

The furnish and cleanliness. It is about 10min walk with some luggage but it is also 10min to Byodoin. It is away from the main shopping street but everywhere is walkable. There is a supermarket, restaurants and a food mart to buy cooked dishes.

One of, if not the cleanest hotel i have ever been to! On purpose i say hotel because this is next level hostel! So clean, so nice, lady at the front was super welcoming and nice! The futon bed was so comfy! Easy 15/10 all day long!!

“New but noisy hostel”

The staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in a little early. The hostel is new and has laundry facilities. The rooms are tastefully designed and the futons are comfortable enough. The location is not far from the main tourist area.

We stay at second floor in front toilet and bathroom. Is quite noisy when people use bath room and dry the hair. As we sleep early but people use hair dryer until 11pm, we cannot sleep well.
