Nice quiet break away, fully immersed in nature. We enjoyed the hiking trails and the boma outside. The inside/outside shower also deserves a special mention.

We stayed in Dassiekrans 2. It was very comfortable with lovely braai areas to choose from. We went on two walks, one to Springgat and one along the riverside trail. Springgat was lovely. Perfect place to enjoy the sounds of nature while cooling off in the water. We saw many different bird life, many right outside our chalet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What a great weekend away at Kleinrivier Mountain Escapes - and it's right on our doorstep just outside Uitenhage! 😍 We stayed in one of the four Dassikrans cabins which is equipped with everything you need, plus added touches to make your stay that much more comfortable. The lodge is off-grid with solar lighting and gas burners (note: there's no plug points so you can totally switch off). For the hiking lovers: there's a total of 10 trails to choose from, with varying difficulties and distances. The short hike to Springgat natural rock pool (6m deep!) is a must. Kleinrivier is the perfect place for the peace and quiet of nature, and for those seeking some solitude from city life. 🌸 10/10 ⭐️

Springgat was a good adventure to look out for. The views were nice.
