Very quiet location, at least for the time I stayed, mid-April. The cottages are charming and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, very spacious, and bright. The bedrooms, too, were absolutely beautiful.

Despite reporting this to the reception with photo evidence, the issue was not handled properly. I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of basic hygiene."

The House was very cold

The apartment was cozy and warm. The kitchen is super equipped. The view is incredible. The place is quiet and close to big cities. We plan to visit it again in the summer.

The area is nice, out of nowhere ( you need a car ). We could take our dog, that was the mainly reason we chose that place. The nature around is nice. Free roaming ducks and bunnies and a little goat farm. The restaurant/bar was decent with good staff members.

Dear manager, We stayed in a house from December 4th to 8th, and everything went wrong right from the start. We rented a car and couldn't get in, even after giving the name on the reservation; the lady on the loudspeaker couldn't open the gate. We informed them we would arrive after 5 PM, and we arrived around 7 PM. The car was rented at the airport, and when we found out the license plate number, your reception was already closed. Therefore, we don't understand how it's possible to park in the dark and have no one to open the gate. After parking outside and finding the house in darkness, we found it cold and without hot water. We called all the emergency numbers, and no one answered. As a result, we slept in a freezing house. The next morning, we went to reception, and a technician came to check (the result was that we had to change house because it was broken). Now tell us something? The house wasn't checked? You knew we would arrive around 6-7 PM, and no one came to see if everything was okay?Moving house, after spending until midnight trying to sort things out and losing another hours the following day morning, remaking the beds, etc., was a real disappointment. The reception staff offered no solution, neither promising to make the beds nor offering any help moving from house to house.And to hear that we should have come with warm coats and been prepared? Should we have come on vacation prepared for a freezing house and slept with the coats meant for outdoor use? Is that the kind of response the reception manager gives? We are truly dissatisfied with all of this, which resulted in several people getting sick from having to sleep in the cold and very uncomfortable conditions without even hot water for showers. We would appreciate a response and some compensation otherwise, we will post negative reviews on all social media platforms and booking sites.

Location was beautiful, great space for family, kids enjoyed too with backside stream, ducks and birds. It was perfect in all ways.
