“Traditional home with a great atmosphere.”
Very clean home with traditional style. Food is delicious. I was completely alone, but the team made me feel familiarly from the first day.

Family business with very friendly and relaxed hosts, we were made to feel completely at ease and welcome. Great facilities for us as a family, and nice location for us to travel on into Switzerland. Great spot with nice views.

They went out of their way to cook a meal for myself as I was late arriving, due to bad traffic coming up from Italy. The property is a typical Black Forest hotel with all of its warmth and charm.it also has a great chill out zone around the back which is great if you were stressed in the traffic.

- great location in the black forest - all is old but this is not negative in this case as this is what you are looking for if you book a hotel like this. It has its own charm. - I didn't dine but the smell was really promising - good mattress - nice shower - good size of the room

The hotel is fantastic. I was given the room overlooking the church and it was a lovely view all round. The sounds of the church bells ringing were so lovely. All the staff were amazing. They were so warm and inviting and kind. Went above and beyond. They were so good with my little girls. Food was fantastic. And portions were generous. I wish we had more days to explore around. But it was peaceful and gorgeous. My whole family loved it. We will be back next time for longer

“Super Hotel/Restaurant at the base of the Black Forest”
This is a very cool accommodation at the base of the Black Forest. I arrived by bicycle and enjoyed my short stay before setting off the next day. The food is good, the staff are welcoming, and the single room was exactly what I need, and all facilities were great. Highly recommended

“Wonderful stay in a comfortable place!”
Clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Kitchen had spices and complete utensils. Staffs were friendly.

Only took a room with breakfast for 1 night. Seperate private bathroom. Very clean. Room also ok. Very nice breakfast and staff very friendly.
