Ms. Watsana was a wonderful host and a kind person. We went to the park, local markets, and restaurants together. Her daughter, who manages the booking, was also very helpful. I rented a bike and the location was perfect (they have bikes you can rent). The apartment was clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. WiFi is fast and the bed is comfortable. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet with friendly neighbours.

Great place. Great host. Handy to have your own transport but great having a secure car parking space.

No keys to collect as combination lock. Combination emailed at checkin time. Arrive any time. Self catering suits me well. Can park car securely. nice walking area. Close to UD market and Chineese Cultural Centre.

Location and value for money. Security for my vehicle. Able to self cater. Large freezer which lets me take lots of frozen goodies home. A good base to travel around Udon Thani and beyond.

Good location kept very clean. All you could want fir self catering holiday. Nice lake near by for walking. Nice and quiet. Friendly neighbours. Cleaned avery three days.

Everything required for a self catering stay was available. Good accommodation for a single or couple. Good location close to market and Chineese Cultural Centre. I will be back. Secure off road parking available. Located in quiet street away from traffic.

Clean house , have hot water heater for coffee, and hot water heater for shower, all basic kitchen requirements available

Spacious

Both the house and the city offer many attractions to plan several days for Udon Thani. Here I found a completely furnished home and enjoyed preparing fresh ingredients from the markets around. The loving neighbor and mother of the owner looked after me better than I know from many hotels. Thanks to her, I would have liked to stay longer and hope to return again.

Easy self-check-in, the apartment has a smart lock so you don't need to carry keycards or big keys. The location is nice and chill, close to the lake but easy to reach the main restaurants or party areas. Have a small kitchen so it's possible to cook your food if you want. The staff is really helpful.

Excellent hosts, friendly and helpful. The place is located in a quiet place away from city noise, yet close enough to get into the heart of the city. It is next to a lake that provides good walking and exercising facilities.
