“Cheap but poorly managed”
The location was great, although Udine isn’t very large to begin with. After a few days, the host turned on the heating, so in the end it wasn’t too cold either.

The room is spacious and the double bed is very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-prepared for our arrival. Very good communication upon our arrival. Even the cleaning lady was very nice! We are very satisfied.

the location is perfect. the room is large with a comfortable bed. the shower is good. although it is in the center of the city, it is very quiet. Would consider going there again and skipping going to the hotel.

“Very comfortable and clean and spacious.”
It was as per the photos. Clean. Very spacious. Well equipped. Great access by foot from the station and into the old town area. Also the cleaning lady let us leave our luggage for the morning while we had a walk and some coffee.
