A cozy and spacious studio on the ground floor with a charming terrace. Easy check in with a lock box. Separate entrance from the street. We used our bikes to get to the city center and it took about 5-7 minutes. Еverything is furnished very comfortably. Public parking is 10-15 from the entrance. We liked everything and definitely will use that place again.

“Lovely studio that had everything needed for a short stay”
Everything was just great, bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious enough and very clean and new. Kitchen was also clean and had everything we needed. Patio was also very nice but we didn’t use it because it was too cold outside to sit for more then a couple of minutes.

It was just short- transit stay but apartament is great. You have all you need for short & long stay. It is pet friendly. Garden is great plus. Would come back.

It was a nice spacious studio apartment with lots of parking available. It was 2 kms from the historic center of Udine in a quiet residential area. Serena was a very communicative host who even organized for breakfast to be dropped off early on the last day.

The guesthouse is in a quiet area where there is very little traffic in the evening. From the terrace of the house you can admire the stars and listen to the crickets. The host is friendly and very helpful.

- spacious and cosy apartement. - like home feeling - tasty and sweet brakfast in the cafe nearby (but good for one or 2 days, I cannot imagine eat sweets for breakfast more days) - clean room - possibility to sit outside - playground around the corner - quiet neighborhood and still able to go to the center by foot

Nice apartment. Great communication with the host. Kid's playground is located right next to the apartment. The apartment has a nice garden.
