O we loved everything - the perfume of jasmin in the parking lot, the atmosphere of an old family hotel, the fact that a lot of the tourists were Italians..

“Really nice hotel in Udine”
The location was great, just a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Rooms were really clean and comfortable

Air conditioning didn't work. Normally could've been managed with an open window, but a very loud concert nearby (Saturday evening) made this less optimal. No toiletpaper. Leaky shower door with flooding of toilet floor as a consequence.

Good place in Udine when you are travelling to the south of Italy. The room was clean and comfortable. Huge plus for the free parking and no charge for the pets. The restaurant is also nice and they serve quite good breakfast.
