“Highly recommended as a great place to stop on a bicycle tour”

Very warm welcome from the host. He was kind enough to give us a place to dry our very wet cycle clothing. Comfortable room, good bike storage and convenient location near the town. We had an excellent breakfast of home cooked food and freshly squeezed orange juice. It gave us a good start before yet another day of getting soaked from the rain. Highly recommended.

Location very close to the venue where we visited a concert, parking directly in front of the house, delicious breakfast with fresh bread and apple-pie, baked by the owner (ex-chef) himself. Clean, comfortable !

I was made to feel very welcome. The apartment had good vibes and the breakfast was excellent. Check in was very easy.

Excellent. This 3 person bedroom from a private owner who takes care of you the entire way is a perfect place to stay for a short duration or even a couple of days. His apartment is spacious and while you're in his home he will respect your privacy to the fullest. Diulio speaks English and as a former chef he can make a splendid breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom are exceptionally clean. The apartment complex is located just outside the city center. Do mind that walking from the train station can easily take you more than 30 minutes. Public parking for your own vehicle is possible in the street itself. Again: excellent.

“Town house in Udine”

Dullio is a good guy, he means wel. The room was clean, the bed was good. Price wise everything was correct.

Everything was perfect. The host was very nice. He told us important things about the city and recommend some attractions and restaurants. In the morning he made us delicious homemade breakfast. We'll come back for sure. The location is quiet and safe but near to the city center, perfect for city break. What is more the garage is included in the price.

Great location - near old town, quiet and convenient place. Very nice and helpful host, providing the full and helpful info. Big and confy bed - it is really good place to relax. Also - there is a garage to store bikes. Breakfast served in the garden what adds to the good vibe.

Highly recommend - clean and very comfortable especially after a long day of cycling. Host was super lovely and made a delicious breakfast for us before we hit the bike again.

Super friendly host who welcomed us in his home. Garage available for our motorcycles. AC in the room which was very convenient considering over 30 degrees outside. And very nice breakfest with selfmade bread and freshly pressed Juice. Thank you!

“A stay that was short but sweet :)”

The location was close to the historic centre, in walkable distance, the house is placed in a nice neighborhood. As a female traveller, I felt completely safe. I had a choice of breakfast hour. Breakfast was served on the outside terrace, which was nice. The choice isn't big, but what the host served was homemade and enough to fill you in the morning. A nice touch was coming into a AC cool room on such a hot day. the check - in process was also simple and easy, the host was responsive and helpfull.

Staying at Duilio’s (the Host) Bed & Breakfast is such a wonderful experience. He is very accommodating, flexible and he prepares a simple but all freshly made breakfast. His restaurant recommendations are also great. The apartment is very relaxing and cozy . I don’t know but the apartment has an elegant smell 😍 . The Apartment is 10 minutes walk away from the city center. Parking is free (Infront of the building, along the road). The neighborhood is calm and quiet. I am recommending and giving the property 10 out of 10 😍
