As usual it’s very good for its price. Of course it became a bit expensive but it is still worth for it’s price and location.

It is far from the center of the town, but very practical if hou need a one night stop from the highway, very helpfull staff

“Tiny room, uncomfortable bed, no privacy in the shower, insects in the room. Very disappointing stay”

The room was very small and the bed extremely uncomfortable – the springs were sticking out of the mattress and we could feel them with every movement. In the morning we woke up sore and exhausted. Another strange thing: the shower is inside the room, right across from the bed, with no light and no privacy. You enter it as if through a bathroom door, but directly from the bedroom. If you’re staying with a friend rather than a partner, this setup is very uncomfortable and awkward. We paid an extra fee for our dog, which means pets are officially allowed in the hotel, but then he wasn’t allowed in the breakfast area – something that should definitely be mentioned in advance, since it forces you to leave the dog alone in the room. The worst part, however, was the insects. There were plenty of them, including ants crawling over our things from a nest behind the desk – and this happened even though we had no food in the room. When I mentioned it to the staff, the only answer was that “they need to check it.” On the desk we even found a satisfaction questionnaire already filled out by three previous guests of the same room, all of whom wrote that they would have slept better in a tent and that their stay was a waste of money. (See photo.) I cannot recommend this accommodation at all.

The fact the bus stop is 20m from the hotel makes this a great location. Reception staff were exceptional as were the bar and restaurant who went over and above the call of duty in looking after me during my stay.

The restaurant and bar were very good. The breakfast options were limited but all good quality and the staff were lovely.

Breakfast was good, I thought that maybe an extra juice and coffee machines may reduce queues during the rush.

I was booking the twin room with 2 separate beds for 2 adults, when I booked online that option showed as available and I have paid for this booking without possibility of cancellation, as the booking was for this night. 20 minutes later I have received the reply from the hotel that this room is not available and I was given double room, I have emailed booking.com to request refund, but was told to liase with the hotel. At the hotel I was told that they cannot refund me and I need to sleep in double room ! Unacceptable practice - the hotel clerk said is not his problem ,I must speak to booking.com. I believe there is very poor customer service in this hotel and very dissapointed with booking.com reply, in the future perhaps I should rather phone the hotels directly to make sure I book the room I need !!

Friendly Team, helped me cause I Made a wrong booking in a wrong Date in another Hotel. They had a good room with a Safe price! Thx. to Art Hotel. Breakfast was with many different foods and very tasty! I think these Hotel should earn a S more of that three Stars. 👍🏻
