The location is very central. The rooms are fantastic. The breakfast is simple but tasty. A great location to explore Udine and experience the nightlife without having to get on a bus or take a taxi. The centre is within 5 min walking distance.

“great location, beautiful room”
great location within easy walking distance to the center. the room was beautifully decorated, and you get a feeling of historical Udine with the exposed brick walls and beamed ceiling. The space was well thought designed with even a tiny hidden kitchen so you could cook spaghetti for three people if you were so inclined.

“Very disappointed”
The place is very central, well located in one of the historical streets of Udine and well served by the BUS from the Udine Central Train station. The bed was large and confortable. I had to use an extra blanket, which was avaialable in the room.

The room is very nicely taken care of with a tasteful interior. It feels cozy and comfortable. we rested like kings and queens. :) I really liked how the kitchenette was built into the cabinet, so it doesn't take up space and disrupts the feel of the room. I would book there again.

“One of us had not prepared bed, towels and soap.”
We ordered accomodation for 3 persone but it was prepared only for 2. No reaction to my complains.
