This is a really lovely home stay with a lot of privacy and the perks of home cooked meal, some of the best food we had in Sri Lanka We really enjoyed the safari with Sherman and were taken care of very well of. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with ac and a fan and our own terrace

We had a wonderful time with sheran! The rooms were super clean and his mom is an excellent cook. The safari he organises was also a 10/10!

Sheran and his family were wonderful. The food was so tasty and the stay was lovely. They were very considerate and looked after our needs. Sheran took us on Safari and his knowledge was invaluable. Sheran helped us with booking our transfers and woth travel around the area. Also we would like to say thank you to the van driver that Sheran organized. He was great and took us to Ella for the day. He was also very accommodating Thank you so much for your care.

Sheran , his mother and Father are very Nice , thé place is very good , the dishes was very very Nice . On top of that Sheran in the middle of the night brought my babygirl to the hospital and this shows How good person he is. The safari was perfect as well, we saw lot of éléphants , birds and crocodiles !!

Sheran’s place is a little oasis of comfort. We came in 2019, and returned again this year and had a lovely stay. The authentic home cooked food by his wonderful mother is a delight, and Sheeran is a very knowledgeable safari guide.

Beautiful location, with green patio and great value for money. Fresh mango juice as a welcome drink and friendly hosts. We asked for vegetarian dinner and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Fun safari with Sheran. He's great in animal spotting and very knowleadgable about the animals. Really appreciate that he was willing to accomodate safari for me as solo traveller for reasonable price. Homestay facilities are perfectly fine, especially for the price; great breakfast too.

Moooom! 🙂 I'll start with her, because her cooking is so delicious that I must admit that after 3 weeks in Sri Lanka, I have never eaten such good food anywhere else as here! 👍 Really 🙂 Large portions and there's even beer available, and it's all at a reasonable price, so there's absolutely no point in looking for food in the area. The owner Sheran has his own off-road vehicle and arranges everything for Safari. He speaks English very well, which is useful when we meet some animals, because he talks beautifully about them, and not all of these drivers do that! Nice room with a clean bathroom with hot water, air conditioning and everything you need. I highly recommend it! 👍

We loved our stay in udawalawe and it was thanks to Sheran and his family who took care of us.The mom cooked us an absolutely Excellent meal and I would say the best in Sri Lanaka.Sheran is very friendly and a great guide.He does everything to show us as many animals as possible!He also arranged everything for our taxi rides to come from ella and then go galle.The Rooms are clean,spacious,clean bathroom with hot water.Great experience!!!
