The room and bathroom were big and there is hot water. We could choose the room when we arrived and Dinesh was very helpful. He had dinner that night there. He arranged for us the safari, which lasted 5 hours for 60USD (from 5.30 to 11). We were lucky and we saw elephants' families with babies and crocodiles, anthilopes, chacals, monkeys and birds. Recommendable and worth it! Dinesh gave us bottles of water and cookies for the safari and when we came back home he prepared for us a huge Sri Lankan breakfast. Delicious! We could pack our things after the safari without rush and he helped us to go to Tangalle. Thank you very much for all

Hidden Gem in Udawalawe. Beautiful architecture of bungalow style houses where you be nested in bed with a rainbow mosquito net. Bathroom is so large that you could do yoga there and be refreshed from waterfall head sculpted of the concrete to cool you down. The host is absolute sweetheart and humbly wish you to have a nice experience. The food is delicious prepared with honest love from Mama. We really enjoyed our stay there and we would come again!

Had a great stay here for one night, Dinesh was an amazing host and made us feel very welcome. He also cooked us a beautiful Sri Lankan breakfast and delicious dinner. Big spacious rooms and bathroom and a lovely property

The host is the most kind and helpful person! He took us by tuktuk to Embilipitiya, the closest big city, to catch a direct bus to our next destination completely for free. He also arranged an amazing safari tour at Udawalawe National Park with the best guide who was fantastic at spotting even the smallest of wildlife. The breakfast was huge and delicious consisting of string hoppers, dal, coconut sambal, hard-boiled egg curry, and pancakes stuffed with coconut and honey. The property is secluded and in a peaceful setting down from the main road, but still only a 15 mins drive to Udawalawe National Park and a 25 mins walk into the centre of Udawalawe. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. There is a lovely terrace to sit out on as well.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood not so far away from a bus stop. Breakfast was big and very delicious.

We had a great stay for 2 nights . The garden are totally cozy, one of the highlights is the bathroom. Also the beds are really comfortable. We also had delicious dinner and breakfast. dinesh and his wife are really nice hosts, we enjoyed the stay there.

Without doubts one of the best accommodations we found in Sri Lanka, offering incredible value for money. the room was spotless, probably one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed at. very comfortable bed, big room and big bathroom.. the owner and his wife are really kind and helpful. the food they prepare is great and they can help with organizing safari too. very strong internet, we were able to work without issues from here. can’t wait to be back!

We arrived at noon and 2 hours later we were on our 4and half hour safari.The rooms were very clean.He has his own safari vehicles and organizes everything very well. The accommodation was great. We did not miss anything. Super clean, great air conditioning, hot shower, and the food was just sensational. Both the breakfast and the dinner, which was prepared by his mother, were really delicious. And the value for money is unbeatable. We recommend to anyone who wants to go on a safari. And you do not need a guide, by the way, because the driver knows everything about the park. We really saw an incredible amount.

Great stay, incredible value for money, staff so friendly, generous and delicious sri lankan breakfast, spacious and comfy room, felt very looked after. Lots of advise and tips for travel given, amazing safari arranged picked up from the house. Just brilliant would recommend to anyone and after travelling 5 weeks and staying in hostels was an absolute dream to.have a private room at such an affordable price and such a calm peaceful haven to rest and relax in! A must visit for all!

This is an amazing guest house located close to Udawalawe village with beautiful garden, balcony and very clean and comfortable rooms. Teasty dinner and breakfast were served. Very nice attentive caring owner. For sure i will stay here next time and highly recommend to choose this place

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay here. The rooms were really clean and modern and the en-suite, which has an open roof is amazing. The little touches shows how much the host cares. The host was incredibly friendly and his food was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner which was really well priced and really tasty. The host arranged a Safari for us at a really good price which was amazing and he even got up at 5.30am to give us snacks for the Safari. Would highly recommend this place!
