“Perfect location for safari”

It was clean and comfy. Host were nice, food very good (especially the curry). Perfect for going to the Udawalawa safari

“Good spot for safari”

Great location near the park. Spacious room. Easy to keep bugs out of the room. AC working and cold water available. I could let my stuff in the room during the safari, helpfull staff I didn't use their safari tour so I don't know about that. I didn't use restaurant and pool so can't evaluate that

The host and the staff were the nicest people on earth. They helped us with organizing taxis at very fair prices, they organized a safari with the best guide (we saw elephants, buffalos, deer, several birds, crocodiles, ...) and the food was extremely good. The location was also nice, with a pool, volleyball area, and hammocks - on top It was clean. It had a great atmosphere and the Sri Lankan squirrels visited us. 100% recommendation.

A beautiful tree house nested in a big mango tree. We really liked the spacious wooden balcony where you could see the wildlife from. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The food was super tasty with big portions.

It was spacious with lovely grounds and a great little swimming pool to relax after a dusty safari. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming.

The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Located away from the main street this place is a green oasis of shade and calm compared with the busy main drag. There were lots of birds and palm squirrels around all the time and the rooms with their mosquito nets made us feel like we were on safari. We only had breakfast there, but wished we'd taken them up on the offer of dinner as the food was great and the other restaurants we tried in town were very much geared and priced towards tourists.

The property was very clean and was in a good location. The best thing about here are the staff. Everybody there was helpful, friendly, professional and very, very welcoming. They went the extra mile.

They organized our return journey from Unawatuna to the hotel seamlessly. They also arranged both the driver and Jeep for our safari, making the experience hassle-free. Lunch was a delicious serving of chicken noodles, ready for us as soon as we returned from the safari. Dinner featured a generous spread of authentic Sri Lankan rice and curry—plentiful and full of flavor. Unfortunately, we had to leave too early to enjoy breakfast, but they thoughtfully had coffee and tea ready for us before our safari. Great attention to detail and hospitality!

“Good location for safari”

Good location for safari which was all organised by the staff at the property for us.

Host and food absolutely excellent, some of the best we experiencedin Sri Lanka. However, some rooms very dark as under the shade of all the trees, and small windows. Showers mostly cold as solar powered but barely any sunshine during our 2 night stay

“A lovely change from crowds!!!”

Awesome tree house 🥰 Beautiful experience watching and listening to nature ! Ajith , Anil and Annul were lovely. Was a short walk to the Elephant transit - which was brilliant- what a great job they are doing ! 💪 Ajith arranged our safari, which we really loved, and our driver and guide Janeck ( sorry for spelling) was so respectful of the wildlife, and the surroundings. He constantly pointed out species of birds, reptiles , monkeys and of course elephants - giving space and respect to them . Thank you. Tennison , our taxi driver onwards, was a joy to spend time with.

They arranged a great safari tour for us. The driver were very knowledgeable and acted as guide as well. We realized too late that we should have tipped him directly, and not when paying the final bill.

Our favourite stay during our whole month in Sri Lanka! The owners are lovely. Showed us around there garden which was beautiful. Organised a brilliant safari. Food was super delicious. Super clean. Great Wi-Fi. Welcome drinks, tea in the morning. Couldn’t have asked for more

“Loved our stay!”

we arrived on Christmas Day and the team had gone to the trouble of making a Happy Christmas sign out of wood and plant stems. It was such a touching thoughtful gesture and we were so grateful. We also loved our tree house room which literally was up in a tree. It was amazing.

Our stay in the tree house felt special and was one of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka. The location was perfect to visit the elephant orphanage and the staff was lovely and helpful. The safari we booked with them was amazing. We loved the food aswell and would highly recommend this place!

“Amazing tree house experience”

The staff is incredibly friendly and do their best to make your stay exceptional. The treehouse is really special and especially the outside seating area is amazing! The food is amazing and definitely worth the price. We also did a safari with them and had a nice time. If you have time, also visit the elephant rehabilitation center, it's very close and a nice experience as well.
