“Not fit for tourists. Need to improve amenities.”
There were many problems. 1- Lift was not working and I was allotted 201 room on second floor. 2- stairs were very inconvenient for a person of my age (72 yrs) and non working of lift. 3- No soap and towels were given in washroom. 4- No cover sheet was given in room. 5- No tea kettle. Tea was brought in poly bag and services in disposal small cups which were difficult to hold.

The maintenance of the room was not good. Taps of washroom was rusted and was not working properly.

“Not satisfied, felt cheated.”
Room sizes r good. But No other facility at all. Minor things like Towel, Bedsheet, Bucket & it's suitable colours for these items. What u shown on Google it was not like that. This is very bad. U take customers granted. Pl. take care if u r serious about customer feedback.

“Won’t recommend at all”
Unhygienic, stinky, uncomfortable. Hotel charged 30% additional for early check in which was not consulted at the time of booking.
