Accidentally booked 4 rooms with single adults. Whereas it was supposed to be double room occupancy. Manager charged us Rs 525 extra per room for the same and extorted us to take extra bedding @Rs 1500

I stayed at the same hotel last year and back then they didn’t have the roof top bar/ bar on the higher level functional and it was the same this time. The room rate features this facilities and having it experience for the second time not functional isn’t acceptable.

“Excellent short stay”
The staff were very helpful. From the front desk staff to the waiters and kitchen staff, the chef, who helped prepare a special meal for us since we had food restrictions. The housekeeping staff was also very helpful and helped us whenever we needed anything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are soft and comfy. Bathroom is quite big.
