Overview

“Our favourite hotel by far.”
Start with the obvious - hotel is in an absolutely incredible location. The views are incredible, trails are right next to the hotel and city center is walkable. The hotel itself is also beautiful, clean and includes all amenities you may want, including washer and dryer! The staff is super kind and helpful. The only downside is we couldn’t stay there longer.

Once we were moved to the room we paid for on the second night it was great but was not given our room with a view on the first night which was very disappointing

Location, setting, space (not crowded out), design of the resort, facilities in the room were outstanding. Really well done - lots of attention to detail, i.e. nightlight, blanket for the terrace, location of plugs, amazing oven

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was nice that they prepared the sofa bed with linen and duvet before we arrived as we are a group of 4. View from the restaurant is amazing and the food is wonderful.
