Location was great, right in the center of Uchisar (little town with cozy streets and view on valley), only 5 min walk from the Uchisar Castle and 10 min drive from Goreme. Cave room was comfortable and cozy. Property host Omar, was very friendly and professional, he helped to organize hot air balloons and some last minute activities for us. Always attentive and happy to help. Breakfast was amazing, cheese plate, eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes, jams, sausages, some traditional Turkish pastries, tea! We loved our stay and very recommended it.

Location: Urchisar is a wonderful town, the castle is stunning and the same holds true for the Pigeon valley. The view from the hotel is magnificent, both during the day and at night. The room was spatious and the entire hotel is extremely photogenic. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Lovely local cave hotel with very helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast was very nice. Omar, the manager, has a great sense of humour and worked hard to ensure we were satisfied with everything. We were able to book tours, etc via the hotel staff who ensured that we got a good deal.

Aziz was extremely helpful organizing our transport . All staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect and the view of the balloons in the morning from our balcony was divine.

Absolutely amazing! Room was fantastic, clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful, professional and easy going. Breakfast was wonderful. The terrace views, the cappadocia balloons in view, just amazing. Tea, coffee on the terrace through the day, evening and amazing restaurants nearby as well as the pigeon valley walk, urchisar Castle.

The stay was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, helping us with everything we needed. The view of the hot air balloons at sunrise was wonderful, even from so far away. The traditional breakfast was served on the beautiful terrace, and the rooms were very characteristic of the area.

Honestly, we loved everything about our stay in the Takaev cave hotel. Upon arrival in the city itself, we were a bit overwhelmed with everything, (new landscape, environment etc). However, once we arrived at the hotel, we felt a weight lifted off our shoulders. The staff was very kind. Huge shout-out to AZIZ!!! We couldn't have asked for a better host. Very gentle, kind hearted, very helpful and easy to chat to. He helped us plan our entire trip, filling it with really fun activities. The place was clean and well located if you want to explore the unique landscapes and do all the cool activities. I personally wasn't expecting to enjoy my stay as much as I did. The caves are beautiful and cozy. We will actively recommend the place to friends and families etc. We were sad to leave the Takaev Caves but we will definitely be back!!! :) Thanks a bunch guys!!!!

“Glad to have stayed at Takaev”

I'm glad I chose Takaev for my stay in Cappadocia. Uçhisar is quieter than Göreme but still has nice shops and restaurants. The hotel offers a stunning view, both from the window and the balcony. My room was authentically decorated and very comfortable. Ahmed and Aziz were incredibly helpful and kind, arranging tours and assisting with reservations.

Every aspect, including the cleanliness, service, view, and breakfast, exceeded my expectations.

I had the most unique hotel experience here. The atmosphere of the rooms is amazing. All the staff are incredibly friendly. Special thanks for the detailed recommendations about the places to visit.
