“Very pleasant experience”

The property belongs to a nice and hard working family. It is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Üçhisar. Nevertheless it is just couple minutes from the Üçhisar castle and Göreme National Park by car. Furthermore, if you like picturesque views, you just have to head straight forward as you exit the main entrance for around two hundred metres and you will reach a cliff edge with a wonderful panoramic view. I initially booked two nights but ended up staying twice as long. My hot air balloon flight was rescheduled twice due to unsuitable weather conditions. And luckily I could get the rooms in the same hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also help to arrange a sightseeing tour, so feel free to ask them if you are looking to visit local places of interest.

Place is amazing, breakfest was delicious, room was big and in well condition, bathroom very decent quality and the best was the dinning room/ reception. Stuff very nice and helpful.

We've stayed in family room, everything was perfect, garden was also very nice, in general we felt like at home.

The property is beautifully maintained and very comfortable. It’s in wonderfully secluded location, so away from the crowds in towns like Goreme. Yet a 20 minute walk max up to the old centre of Uchisar. It’s also a great spot for balloon watching. Serife and her husband were so welcoming and delightful giving us great tips for the area and always offering to help with bookings etc. the breakfast is also delicious - local cheeses, homemade sweets and jams and fresh ingredients. Fantastic experience.

This hotel is run by an extremely friendly family, always available to help and provide advice. An excellent homemade breakfast is served every day. The room was clean and bright. If you have a car, this hotel is located in a great spot to reach all main attractions of Cappadocia. Definitely recommended!

The homemade traditional Turkish breakfast offered an incredible variety of local foods — from soft breads with homemade dips, jams and local wheat seeds to buns, pastries, tiramisu and more. There was truly something for everyone, and everything was delicious. What really made our stay exceptional was the service. The owners were warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful, offering personalised advice, helping us plan our itinerary and guiding us through Cappadocia’s attractions. Their hospitality made our family trip even more special. Soleado is a beautiful boutique hotel located in a peaceful, remote part of Uçhisar (walking distance to the castle). The room was clean, comfortable, and cosy, with air conditioning. The staff were all very kind and helpful—especially the owner, who was always available and attentive. Breakfast was amazing - in addition to a traditional Turkish breakfast each morning, there were freshly baked delights that made it extra special. The hotel is quiet both day and night, making it the perfect place to relax. Overall, a very cosy and charming stay—I’d definitely recommend it!

This was by far one of the best stays we had in Turkey! The lovely couple (i believe that the owners), were amazing, always available ready to help! The rooms were cozy, modern and yet still very traditional. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel my whole life! Please keep up with this amazing service and standards. We had the best time staying at Soleado! Everything was so curated in details starting from the design of the hotel, the rooms, the furniture, the delicious and rich breakfast and the cleaning. Serife is incredible, such a good host! She helped us book the Hot Air Baloon tour even though it was cancelled due to strong winds...one day we will come back to fly on a baloon and we know exactly where we're going to stay: at Soleado!!
