“Perfect Uchisar choice”

This is a phenomenal property in the best location. Uchisar is charming. Away from the business of Goreme, but still very accessible, We walked the Pigeon Valley to Goreme on the first day. The views of the lit up sandstone at night was amazing. The family cave suite was perfect. The front desk employee gave us a detailed itinerary for our day-trip of the area. Breakfast was amazing. You will not regret this choice

A very beautiful and unique hotel with rooms inside a large cave. The room was clean, spacious, and felt luxurious. The view facing the hills was stunning, especially at night when the lights on the surrounding mountains and caves were turned on. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Hamidah, who assisted us with information and booking the hot air balloon. Our room for 5 people had 2 bathrooms, both very large and beautifully designed. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

From the moment we contacted the hotel, everything felt smooth. They replied quickly on WhatsApp and were happy to sort out whatever we needed, from extra fans to additional toiletries. The Turkish breakfast was solid, and the dining space had a warm, homely vibe that you don’t usually get in standard hotels. We booked the Family Room with Terrace, and bro, the space was amazing. Two proper bedrooms, plenty of room for a couple and three kids, and the whole layout felt huge and really comfortable. The team also helped us arrange private transport at reasonable rates, which made planning our days much easier. Every staff member we met, from the reception to the kitchen, carried themselves with such friendliness that it felt like everyone there worked as one big family. Overall, it was a relaxing stay for us, a nice slow pace away from the rush of city life.

The hospitalitity by Hamida & charlie were excellent. Hamida was very helpful and kind. They helped us find a better offer for hot air balloon & gave a good suggestion of our itinerary. We booked rental car through hotel. Very trusted and honest service. Hamida even gave us a gift to bring home. The room was very beautiful, aesthetic , and clean. Breakfast so yummy, we could not stop eating.

“Best hotel in Cappadocia”

We had an fantastic stay at Kistar cave hotel. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and had a family suite with a terrace. First of all to the location of the hotel, it’s absolutely perfect, directly over the pigeon valley and in the centre of Uchisar, next to the castle, cafes and shops and still very quiet in comparison to Goreme which is 5-7 minutes drive away and really full and crowded. In the morning there’s a magnificent Turkish breakfast with home made jams, Joghurt, bread and pastry, also cheese, turkey ham etc. served on the terrace with stunning views! Early in the morning you can see the hot air balloons over Goreme, it’s just amazing. The suite was very spacious, immaculately clean and lovely decorated. The hotel has a very unique and authentic atmosphere and is absolutely family friendly. The kitchen ladies were very helpful and attentive, especially to kids and tried to fulfil every wish. Ali and Hamida were always extremely responsive for any questions, reservations and tour recommendations. Last but not least, since we had to leave early in the morning, we were offered a takeaway breakfast and the kids even got a sweet surprise, what a lovely gesture! Thank you so much!

Amazing views - The view from our room was spectacular from day to night. Could also see the hot air balloons in the morning. Magical! Room - so beautiful and just perfect for a family of 5. Tastefully decorated. Lovely room layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Location - walking distance to restaurants and other sight seeing spots. Staff - wonderful. Gave us a parting gift when we checked out. Nice touch. Breakfast - loved it! Fresh and delicious.

Great view from the room and easy access to the Uchihisar castle. Breakfast was great with many choice. Homemade bread, etc. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Great location, with terrace overlooking the valley in a very tranquil setting in Uchiser. Our cave style suite was awesome. Staff was very helpful and their day Manager Ms. Hamida was very kind and supoortive, and negotiated for us a very good price for Balloon ride operators. She also guided and adviced us on renting a car and drew a map for must see places for us. We had a very early morning checkout and Ms. Hamida made sure we get our breakfast packed and ready for us to take. Wish we had more time to stay at this peaceful place.

Rooms were lovely and large. Balcony provided excellent views of the Pigeon Valley. Breakfast was superb. Staff was accommodating and friendly. What else can I say? Highly recommended.

The staff were extremely friendly. Went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Offered to charge our phones from the reception, give us cutlery for our take out food. Front desk’s English was almost proficient. We had two Children running around and not even once did they complain.

Absolutely stunning hotel from the outside and in (Google maps doesn't do the hotel justice) The rooms, lobby and dining areas were all tastefully decorated and furnished with beautiful artefacts. The location was perfect- with views of Uchisar Castle from the terrace and the hot air balloons at sunrise. Our room overlooked more of the caves carved out of the Tufa rock- simply stunning. The family room was absolutely luxurious. Our children (14 years and 11 years) loved staying in the 'cave' and there was ample room for us all- two large bathrooms, bedrooms and a large sitting area. Staff were friendly, helpful and super informative. The breakfast was lovely - fresh and a variety of dishes. We were very well looked after during our stay and we would thoroughly recommend the hotel.
