Our stay at Eyes of Cappadocia exceeded all our expectations. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with breathtaking views, this is exactly the place to book. The view is truly the hotel's biggest selling point and was exactly what we had been searching for. Waking up to the sunrise, with the hot air balloons floating above the landscape right from the hotel, was simply magical. (See picture!) The rooms were spotless, very well maintained, and cleaned thoroughly every day, making our stay even more comfortable. What truly made this experience special, however, was the warmth and kindness of the staff. A very special mention goes to Mehmet, whose exceptional selfless helpfulness left a lasting impression on us. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was always there with a smile, genuinely caring about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. His dedication, generosity, and willingness to help went far beyond what anyone would expect. People like Mehmet are rare, and Eyes of Cappadocia is incredibly lucky to have him. We would also like to sincerely thank Ahmet for all his valuable advice and assistance in arranging transportation whenever we needed it. His recommendations and support made exploring Cappadocia effortless. Another highlight was the breakfast. The quality of the food was outstanding, with many delicious homemade items that gave it such an authentic touch. And they truly have the best honey we've ever tasted! Bref, if you're hesitating about booking Eyes of Cappadocia, don't. You won't regret it. It offers stunning views, tranquillity, genuine hospitality, and memories you'll cherish long after you leave.

Great location ,perfect for watching early morning balloons go up. Great rooms with everything we needed. Staff were wonderful and so helpful offering tips on where to go and so accommodating. Breakfast was beautiful a great variety and plentiful.

“Wonderful cave room with fantastic views in Uchisar”

The hotel is in a dream setting with a spectacular view of the rock formations and Uchisar Castle. The room is furnished in a traditional style and really feels like living inside the rocks. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and there is enough space to put clothes and personal items away. The bathroom is huge with a stand-alone bathtub and a separate shower. The staff is friendly and efficient, and can organize tours and experiences. Breakfast on the terrace is a pleasure with fresh pastries, bread, fruit, eggs and delicious tea and coffee. And the view! We had a very early check out and the hotel sent us off with carefully packed breakfast boxes. The view at sunrise of the hot air balloons in the distance is fantastic.

This hotel was lovely with very spacious rooms and a lovely terrace with great views. We loved staying in Uchisar which was a little quieter than the very busy and touristy Goreme. There were still plenty of restaurants within walking distance.The staff in the hotel were all so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

So, what to start by🤔. Eveything was so extra, beyond what we expect. We knew the hotel was vers luxuous, confortable, well situated but what we didn't know it's how generous, caring, hospitable mr AHMET and his colleague were. They went out of their way to help with the car and the transfer. AHMET was always ready to help and give good advices and check if all was ok. The hotel was luxuous, wonderful confortable huge bedding and furniture of great quality. Bed linens were soft. The toilet articles were of High quality. The bathroom and the bathtub were relaxing and beautifully set. The breakfast was ROYAL!!! Very carefully choses cheese and varied local turquish products. Ahmet explained about the food and a special thanks to his mum for the food. We really appreciate this place, UNE PEPITE in Cappadocia! The view from the hotel is exceptional. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, and we had a good rest every night. The breakfast spread every morning was delicious and varied. Mehmet also made us feel welcomed and ensured our stay was an enjoyable one.

“Great experience of meeting Cappadocia”

Great location with an amazing view. We booked 2 rooms (4- and 2- person rooms), the terrace to which we had access had a great view, was very relaxing in the morning as well as at night. The Turkish breakfast was fantastic with a variety of foods. The owner and the staff are very kind and supportive. My father left his leather jacket and pants, so they informed us and sent the clothes to our next hotel in Marmaris. Also the wine we ordered was amazing. We will be missing the place and hope to come back one day.

Hotel was very comfortable, breakfast enormous and very good quality (we never needed lunch during our stay!), staff very helpful. the whole stay was very well organised, from help with taxi to get there on arrival, to organising airport transfer at departure.

The location of the property is exceptional, in the tranquillity of the beautiful town of uchisar. The building is beautiful and its terrace, which faces the Goreme valley, is perfect to see the hot air ballons from a close distance in the early morning. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, the staff exquisite and caring. The breakfast includes many typical tasty dishes and most of the things (e.g. chilly jam, apricot jam, grape jam..) are produced by the owners. Extremely recommended, you won’t be disappointed.

We were made to feel very welcome and like old friends. Breakfast was delicious too.

The location is superb! During the day you have a very beautiful view of the area, and in the evening, when the lights are on, it's gorgeous! All tourist attractions in the area are nearby (normally, by car). The room was beyond expectations: very spacious, clean, large and interesting bathroom, I had no problems with the smell as I noticed that tourists staying at other locations complain. The host is very welcoming (thank you Ahmet, you are a rare person in these times we live in!)

“Amazing location”

The location was amazing. If you want to see the balloons from your hotel then stay in Uchisar- you are up on a holl and overlook the valley where the ballons are. This hotel is a great spot. Mehmet was very attentive and was great and sorting all bookings and ensuring the stay was comfortable. Our room was a deluxe suite that had a small private balcony for watching the balloons in the morning (see picture for view from balcony). Breakfast was fantastic and on a good day you can eat outside with a great view.
