Overview
Once a monastery, the award-winning Argos offers individually appointed rooms spread over several natural stone buildings. Each room offers free Wi-Fi. Some have breathtaking views of Pigeon Valley or private outdoor area. All rooms feature original details, including elaborate stone carvings and antique furnishings. Each has a private bathroom, while many offer an open fireplace and an iPod docking station. Some rooms are accessed by underground tunnel and feature vaulted ceilings. The hotel’s Seki Restaurant serves a variety of local and international dishes, either indoors or al fresco accompanied by views of Güvercinlik Vallet and Erciyes Mountain. A wide selection of wines, produced from the property' own vineyards and stored in an underground cellar, is available. The property offers airport shuttle services at an extra fee to and from the nearest airports. Guests can join sightseeing tours. Hot air balloon rides are available. ATV and horse riding tours are also available. Argos in Cappadocia is just few minutes’ walk from the centre of Uchisar, with its many restaurants and shops. Uchisar’s soaring rock castle offering magnificent views is also just steps away.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful location. Very friendly staff. Good quality breakfast with a large variety and attentive staff. Quickly and efficiently arranged tours. Rooms are spacious. Management arranged a cake and wine for my husband's birthday 🙂

“Argos of Cappadocia - a Landmark hotel”
The staff were perfect - always present and helpful. Location and views are stunning. The facility is a former monastery with caves, tunnels, chapel and turkeys largest wine cellar- take the one hour guided tour. The atmosphere is great, there is a quietness that is rare. Infrastructure of restaurants and bars were great and again with great staff

“Style Over Substance in a Spectacular Location”
Property is beautiful and captures the essence of Cappadocia. Views over the town, balloons, sunrise and volcano were stunning. Food in Nahita for dinner and breakfast were great, as were the cocktails. Staff were very friendly. For a small hotel, their gym and spa are very good (again, for a small hotel—equipment is limited due to size, but they’ve made great use of the space with both weights and cardio). Concierge is available via WhatsApp 24/7, which is a nice touch, and the gym is open 24/7 too, which we appreciated. The setting and overall layout of the hotel are really special—wandering through the stone corridors and terraces feels like you’re somewhere unique. It’s peaceful and has a real sense of place. With some improvements in consistency and attention to detail, this could easily be one of the best places to stay in Cappadocia.

“Cappadocian hospitality at its finest”
Stayed for 2 nights at Argos as a treat and it was worth the stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious and well equipped with heater/ac. A heated towel rack is provided in the bathroom which is appreciated during the winter. Umbrellas are also provided in the room. I loved that the hotel provided a good hair dryer. The shower had good water pressure and temperature. The bed was comfortable. Turn down service is provided as well with a hot water bottle, slippers and a snack. The hotel is located with picturesque views of pigeon valley below and walking distance to the castle just behind (there is also a golf buggy service which you can take from the reception that drops you off at the entrance of the castle). You can get a nice view of the hot air balloons from the car park in the morning. We tried both restaurants at the hotel. Food and service were excellent. The produce used for the restaurants are farmed from the valley below the rooms and they also have their own vineyard and selection of wines. The breakfast spread was huge!!! The hotel tour at 5pm was informative and well organised. There is also a beautiful spa and a gym room on the property. My only regret is not bringing along my swimsuit to use the heated swimming pool. We had an amazing stay at Argos and highly recommend it just for the great service from the staff and overall experience.
